1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup and First Use

Before using your citrus juicer for the first time, follow these steps:

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
2. Clean: Wash the lid, reamers, filter, and juice jug in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The manufacturer states these parts are dishwasher safe. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water.
3. Assemble:
   • Place the juice jug onto the motor base, ensuring it is securely seated.
   • Insert the filter into the juice jug.
   • Select the appropriate reamer (large for oranges/grapefruits, small for lemons/limes) and place it onto the central shaft of the filter.
   • Place the dust cover/lid on top of the assembled unit.
4. Position: Place the assembled juicer on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
5. Connect: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (220-240V, 50/60Hz).

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to extract fresh juice:

1. Prepare Fruit: Cut citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits) in half.
2. Remove Lid: Take off the dust cover/lid.
3. Juice: Place a fruit half onto the reamer. Press down firmly. The juicer will automatically start rotating. Apply gentle pressure and rotate the fruit slightly to extract all the juice. The reamer features bidirectional rotation for maximum juice extraction.
4. Collect Juice: The extracted juice will flow through the filter into the juice jug. The filter retains pulp and seeds.
5. Continue Juicing: Repeat the process with remaining fruit halves until the desired amount of juice is collected or the jug reaches its maximum capacity (700 ml).
6. Stop: Release pressure from the fruit, and the motor will stop automatically.
7. Serve: Once juicing is complete, remove the reamer and filter. You can pour the fresh juice directly from the jug.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your juicer.

1. Unplug: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Disassemble: Remove the lid, reamer, filter, and juice jug from the motor base.
3. Wash Detachable Parts:
   • The cones, filter, lid, and jug are dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning.
   • Alternatively, wash these parts by hand in warm, soapy water. Use a brush to remove any pulp residue from the filter.
   • Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling or storing.
4. Clean Motor Base: Wipe the exterior of the motor base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers. Never immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
5. Storage: Store the assembled juicer in a clean, dry place.
