Introduction

Thank you for choosing the ELEMARA 12V Kids 4 Wheeler Quad ATV Toy. This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your new ride-on vehicle. Please read all instructions carefully before use to ensure proper function and safety for your child.

Safety Information

CHOKING HAZARD - Small parts. Not suitable for children under 37 months. The product contains small parts, keep children away when assembling.

Always ensure adult supervision during assembly and operation of the ATV. Do not allow children to operate the vehicle near stairs, steep inclines, public roads, or bodies of water. Ensure the child wears appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, at all times.

Assembly Instructions

Please follow these steps carefully to assemble your ELEMARA Kids ATV. Refer to the assembly video for visual guidance.

1. Unpack and Verify Parts: Before starting, open the seat compartment to retrieve additional components. Ensure all parts listed in the 'What's in the Box' section are present and undamaged.
2. Install the Front Bumper: Align the front bumper piece with the holes on the front of the ATV body and push firmly to snap it into place. Secure it with the provided screws.
3. Install the Front Bracket: Turn the vehicle upside down. Remove nuts and washers from the front bracket assembly. Slide the bracket into place, ensuring the metal steering bar fits through the hole on the bracket. Fix it with nuts and washers, being careful not to overtighten to allow for shock absorption.
4. Install the Rear Axle: Remove the eight screws securing the two metal patches on the back of the vehicle. Place the rear axle in the groove. Fix the patches back into place and tighten securely.
5. Install the Motors: Note the 'L' (left) and 'R' (right) markings on the motor boxes. Slide the motors onto the rear axle, feeding the wires through the opening in the vehicle's body.
6. Install the Wheels:
   • Rear Wheels: Slide the rear wheels onto the back axle. Secure them with a washer and a nut. Use the two provided wrenches to tighten each nut simultaneously by turning in opposite directions. Ensure both sides are tight.
   • Front Wheels: First, slide a washer onto each side of the front axle assembly. Add the wheel, another washer, and a nut. Tighten each nut with the provided wrench.

7. Install Wheel Covers: Line up the wheel covers to the slots on each wheel and press them into place.
8. Install the Backrest: The backrest slides easily into the slot at the back of the vehicle. Just press down firmly to lock it into place.
9. Install the Steering Wheel: Remove the nut and bolt from the steering wheel. Slide the steering wheel onto the metal steering bar, lining up the hole in the steering bar to the hole on the steering wheel. Secure it in place with the same nut and screw that you just removed. Tipping the vehicle upright may help align the holes.
10. Connect the Power Supply: You'll find the main power cords under the seat. Connect the white plugs (motors) to the corresponding white plugs from the power supply. Then, connect the orange plugs (battery) to the corresponding orange plugs.
11. Install the Seat: Reattach the seat by sliding it into place and closing the latch with a screwdriver.

Operating Instructions

Operating your ELEMARA Kids ATV is straightforward. Familiarize yourself with the control panel:

• Power Button: Press to activate the vehicle.
• Forward/Reverse: Use the corresponding buttons on the dashboard to select forward or reverse. Depress the foot pedal to move.
• Speed Control (H/L): The H/L button shifts between high and low speeds.
• FM Radio: Press and hold the radio button to cycle through FM radio stations. Press once to stop on a station.
• Play Music: The vehicle comes with pre-programmed songs. Use the corresponding buttons to change music tracks.
• Volume Control: Press and hold the music track buttons to increase or decrease the volume.
• Bluetooth Connectivity: Press the Bluetooth button to pair the vehicle with your mobile device. This allows you to play your own music through the ATV's speakers.
• USB Port: Connect an MP3 player or other compatible device using the USB port to play audio.
• LED Lights: The ATV is equipped with working LED headlights for enhanced visibility and realism.

Charging

Your ELEMARA Kids ATV can be charged using two methods:

• Dashboard Charging Port: Insert the charger jack into the charging hole on the dashboard.
• Rear Charging Port: Pull down the white plug protector on the back of the ATV and plug the charging cable into the charging port.

Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet. The battery will begin charging. During charging, the vehicle enters a protected state and cannot be operated.

Charging Times:

• First Use: It is recommended to charge the vehicle for 4 to 6 hours before its first use.
• Regular Use: On average, you will need to charge the battery for about 8 to 12 hours.
• Maximum Charging: Do not charge the battery for more than 20 hours, as this could damage the battery and void your warranty.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your ELEMARA Kids ATV, regular maintenance is recommended:

• Cleaning: Wipe down the vehicle with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Battery Care: Charge the battery regularly, even when the ATV is not in use, to maintain battery health. Store the battery in a cool, dry place.
• Check Connections: Periodically inspect all electrical connections and screws to ensure they are secure.
• Storage: Store the ATV indoors in a dry area when not in use.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your ATV, please refer to these common troubleshooting tips:

• Vehicle Not Starting: Check if the power button is on and the battery is fully charged. Ensure all power connections are secure.
• Low Power/Slow Speed: The battery may need charging. Also, ensure the speed setting is not on 'Low'.
• Unusual Noises: Inspect for any loose parts or obstructions around the wheels and motors.
• Lights Not Working: Check electrical connections to the lights.
