4. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your ZeroKor R200.

  • Battery Care: To maintain battery performance, regularly charge and discharge the unit. Avoid leaving the unit uncharged for extended periods, as this may cause it to enter a protection state. It is recommended to keep the battery capacity between 60%-80% when not in active use.
  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the power station and solar panel. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: Store the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Solar Panel Junction Box: The junction box on the solar panel is not waterproof. Ensure it remains dry to prevent damage.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your ZeroKor R200, refer to the following common solutions:

  • Unit Not Powering On: Ensure the battery is charged. If the unit has been stored for a long time without charging, it might be in a protection state. Try connecting it to an AC outlet for a few hours.
  • Devices Not Charging/Powering:
    • Check if the device's power consumption exceeds the 300W maximum output of the power station. Devices over 300W will not work.
    • Ensure the output port is activated (some ports may have individual power buttons).
    • Verify that the charging cables are securely connected to both the power station and the device.
  • Cooling Fan Operation: The built-in cooling fan system will automatically start and stop based on the internal temperature of the portable battery pack during use. This is normal operation and indicates proper thermal management.
  • Solar Panel Not Charging: Ensure the solar panel is in direct sunlight and free from obstructions. Check all cable connections. Remember the junction box is not waterproof and should be kept dry.
