Using the Shelves:
The two-tiered shelves provide storage for media devices such as DVD players, gaming consoles, cable boxes, and soundbars. Ensure that devices placed on the shelves do not exceed the 110 lbs (50 kg) weight limit per shelf.

Mobility (with wheels):
If you have installed the caster wheels, the stand can be easily moved. Unlock the wheels before moving and ensure the path is clear. Lock the wheels once the stand is in its desired position to prevent accidental movement.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance will prolong the life of your TV stand:
- Cleaning: Wipe the metal frame and wooden shelves with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, then dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Check Connections: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability.
- Wheel Maintenance: If using wheels, keep them free of dust and debris to ensure smooth movement.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues, refer to the following troubleshooting guide:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Stand is unstable or wobbles. | Loose screws; uneven floor; overloaded shelves/TV. | Ensure all screws are tightened. Adjust the leveling feet (if installed) or reposition on a flat surface. Verify TV and shelf weights are within limits. |
| Difficulty adjusting TV height. | Locking screws too tight; TV weight not supported during adjustment. | Loosen locking screws sufficiently. Have two people lift the TV slightly to reduce friction before adjusting. |
| Wheels not rolling smoothly or locking. | Debris in wheels; lock engaged. | Clean any debris from the wheels. Ensure the wheel locks are disengaged for movement and fully engaged for stationary use. |
| Shelves are not level. | Incorrect installation; uneven weight distribution. | Recheck shelf installation steps. Redistribute weight evenly on the shelves. |
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact unho customer support.
