Setup

Follow these steps to set up your pressure washer before first use:

  1. Assemble the Handle: Attach the handle to the main unit if it is not already pre-assembled. Refer to the assembly diagram if provided.
  2. Connect Water Inlet Filter: Ensure the water inlet filter is securely attached to the water inlet port on the pressure washer.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Attach your garden hose (not included) to the inlet connector, then connect the inlet connector to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
  4. Connect High Pressure Hose: Securely attach one end of the 5-meter high-pressure hose to the high-pressure outlet on the unit and the other end to the spray gun.
  5. Attach Nozzle: Insert the adjustable nozzle into the end of the spray gun.
  6. Bleed Air from System: Before plugging in the unit, turn on the water supply. Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to allow water to flow through the system and expel any trapped air. Continue until a steady stream of water emerges from the nozzle.
  7. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded 240V electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Once set up, follow these steps for operation:

  1. Turn On: Flip the On/Off switch to the "On" position. The motor will start.
  2. Start Spraying: Aim the spray gun at the cleaning surface, keeping a safe distance. Squeeze the trigger to begin spraying. The unit's induction motor will automatically shut off when the trigger is released and restart when squeezed again.
  3. Adjust Spray Pattern: Rotate the adjustable nozzle to change the spray pattern from a concentrated jet to a wider fan spray, depending on the cleaning task.
  4. Using the Foam Bottle:
    • Fill the foam bottle with appropriate pressure washer detergent.
    • Attach the foam bottle to the spray gun.
    • Operate the pressure washer as usual; the detergent will be mixed with the water and applied as foam.
  5. Cleaning Technique: Start cleaning from the top of the surface and work downwards. Maintain a consistent distance from the surface to avoid damage.
  6. Shutting Down:
    • Release the spray gun trigger.
    • Turn the On/Off switch to the "Off" position.
    • Turn off the water supply.
    • Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system.
    • Disconnect the power cord and water hoses.
