Setup and Assembly

Assembly is estimated to take approximately 30 minutes. It is recommended to have two people for easier assembly.

Step-by-Step Assembly Guide

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Check against the parts list to ensure everything is present and undamaged.
2. Assemble Base Frame: Connect the bottom panels (C and D) using the provided fasteners (Yx4, Zx4). Ensure they are securely joined.
3. Attach Side Panels: Securely attach the side panels (A and B) to the assembled base using fasteners (AAx4).
4. Install Horizontal Supports: Insert the horizontal support bars (Mx1, Nx1, Ox1) into their designated slots and secure them with fasteners (AAx8).
5. Install Back Panels: Slide the back panels (Ix1, Jx1) into the grooves on the side panels and secure them.
6. Assemble Drawer Slides: Attach the drawer slides (Wx1, Xx1) to the interior of the cabinet frame using the appropriate fasteners. Ensure they are level and move smoothly.
7. Assemble Drawer: Construct the drawer (Kx1, Lx2) by attaching the front, back, and side panels. Insert the assembled drawer into the slides.
8. Install Adjustable Shelves: Place the adjustable shelves (Lx2) onto the desired height using the shelf pins (ACx4). The shelves can be repositioned as needed.
9. Attach Doors: Mount the doors (Ex1, Fx1, Gx1, Hx1) to the cabinet frame using the hinges. Ensure they open and close smoothly.
10. Install Magnetic Catches and Locks: Attach the magnetic door catches (ADx8) and ensure the locking mechanisms are functional.
11. Attach Adjustable Feet: Screw the adjustable feet (AGx4) into the bottom corners of the cabinet. Adjust them to level the cabinet on uneven surfaces.

Operating Instructions

Doors and Locks

The cabinet features four doors, each equipped with a magnetic catch for secure closure and an independent lock for added security. Use the provided keys to lock and unlock each door. The central drawer also has a lock.

Adjustable Shelves

The cabinet includes two adjustable shelves. To adjust a shelf, remove all items from the shelf, lift the shelf, and reposition the shelf pins to the desired height. Ensure all four pins are securely inserted before placing items back on the shelf.

Drawer Operation

The central drawer features full extension quiet slides for smooth operation. Pull the drawer gently to open and push to close. Ensure the drawer is fully closed before locking.
