Setup and Recharging the Power Bank

Before first use, fully charge your iWALK DBL4500NC Power Bank.

1. Check Battery Level: Press the power button on the side of the power bank. The LED indicator lights will illuminate to show the current charge level. Each light typically represents a percentage of charge.
2. Connect Charging Cable: Use the provided USB-C to USB-C cable. Insert one end into the USB-C input port on the side of the power bank.
3. Connect to Power Source: Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a compatible USB-C wall adapter (not included) or a computer's USB-C port. For fastest recharging, use an 18W or higher power adapter.
4. Monitor Charging: The LED indicator lights will blink during charging and remain solid when fully charged.

Operating Instructions

To charge your device using the iWALK DBL4500NC Power Bank:

1. Remove Connector Cap: Carefully remove the protective cap from the built-in USB-C connector.
2. Connect to Device: Plug the built-in USB-C connector directly into your compatible smartphone, tablet, or other device's USB-C charging port.
3. Initiate Charging: The power bank should automatically begin charging your device. If not, press the power button on the side of the power bank to activate charging.
4. Monitor Charging: Your device's screen will indicate that it is charging. The power bank's LED lights will show its remaining battery level.
5. Disconnect: Once your device is charged, or you wish to stop charging, simply unplug the power bank from your device. Replace the protective cap on the USB-C connector.

Troubleshooting

• Device not charging:
  • Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged. Press the power button to check LED indicators.
  • Verify the USB-C connector is fully inserted into your device's charging port.
  • Press the power button on the power bank to initiate charging if it doesn't start automatically.

• Power bank not recharging:

• Overheating:
