3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your fitness tracker. The device features a convenient USB-A charging method integrated into one of the wristbands.
- Gently pull off the wristband from the side indicated by the battery icon on the back of the tracker. This will reveal the USB-A connector.
- Insert the USB-A connector into any standard USB-A port (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter, power bank).

3.2 App Installation and Device Pairing
To unlock the full potential of your fitness tracker, download and install the "Runmefit" application on your smartphone. The app is compatible with Android 5.0+ and iOS 8.0+.
- Scan the QR code provided in the quick start guide or search for "Runmefit" in your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
- Install the "Runmefit" app and open it.
- Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled.
- In the "Runmefit" app, navigate to the device pairing section and search for your ENGERWALL Fitness Tracker. Select the device to pair.
- Once successfully connected, the tracker will automatically synchronize the time with your mobile phone.

3.3 Time Synchronization
The time on your ENGERWALL Fitness Tracker automatically synchronizes with your smartphone once successfully paired via the "Runmefit" app. No manual time setting is required on the device itself.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Navigating the Device
The fitness tracker features a single touch-sensitive area at the bottom of the display for navigation. Tap to cycle through different screens and long-press to select or activate functions.
- Single Tap: Cycles through main display screens (Time, Steps, Distance, Calories, Health Data, Sports Modes, More).
- Long Press: Activates a selected mode (e.g., starts a workout in Sports Modes) or confirms a setting.

4.2 Activity Tracking
The tracker automatically records your daily activity data.
- Steps: Counts the number of steps taken throughout the day.
- Distance: Estimates the distance covered based on your steps and stride length.
- Calories Burned: Calculates calories expended based on your activity level and personal data (set in the app).

4.3 Health Monitoring

- Heart Rate: Monitors your heart rate throughout the day. You can set monitoring intervals in the "Runmefit" app.
- Body Temperature: Measures your body temperature.
- Blood Oxygen (SpO2): Estimates your blood oxygen saturation levels.
- Blood Pressure: Provides an estimate of blood pressure. Note: This feature is for reference only and should not be used for medical diagnosis.

4.4 Smart Notifications
Receive call and message notifications directly on your wrist when connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth.
- Call Notifications: The watch will vibrate and display incoming call alerts.
- Message Notifications: Receive text messages and SNS notifications (Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.). The watch will vibrate, and you can view the message content on the screen.
- Reminders: Set up sedentary reminders, drink water reminders, and menstrual period reminders through the "Runmefit" app.

4.5 Sports Modes
The tracker supports 16 different sports modes to accurately track your workouts. To activate a sports mode, navigate to the "Sports Modes" section on the tracker and long-press to select your desired activity.
- Available Modes: Walking, Running, Cycling, Mountaineering, and more.
- Data Recorded: Workout time, heart rate, distance, and other relevant metrics for the chosen activity.
- Connected GPS: When connected to the "Runmefit" app on your smartphone, the tracker can utilize your phone's GPS to record your workout route.

4.6 Custom Watch Faces
Personalize your tracker's display by choosing from a variety of watch faces or creating your own custom watch face using the "Runmefit" app.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
To maintain the cleanliness and functionality of your tracker:
- Wipe the device and wristband regularly with a soft, damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure the charging contacts on the back of the tracker are clean and dry before charging.
5.2 Water Resistance
