4. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your Yaheetech Metal Bed Frame.

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components on a clean, soft surface. Refer to the parts list to ensure everything is present.
2. Attach Side Rails to Headboard and Footboard: Connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the provided bolts and L-shaped plates. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Install Support Legs: Attach the central support legs to the designated points on the side rails or central beam.
4. Insert Metal Slats: Carefully place each metal slat into the designated notches on the side rails. Ensure each slat is fully seated and secured. Some slats may require a firm press to click into place.

5. Secure Connections: Use the provided Allen key to tighten all bolts and screws. Ensure all L-shaped plates are firmly fastened for maximum stability.

6. Final Check: Once assembled, gently shake the frame to ensure it is stable and all connections are tight.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Mattress Placement

Place your 90 x 190 cm mattress directly onto the assembled metal slats. The design of the bed frame, including the slightly recessed slats, helps to prevent the mattress from sliding.

5.2 Under-Bed Storage

The bed frame offers approximately 32 cm (12.6 inches) of clearance underneath, providing ample space for storage boxes, luggage, or other items. This maximizes storage efficiency in your bedroom.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the metal frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
• Fastener Check: Periodically (e.g., every 3-6 months) check all bolts and screws and retighten if necessary to maintain stability and prevent squeaking.
• Floor Protection: The bed frame is equipped with bottom rubber caps to protect your floor from scratches. Ensure these caps remain in place.
