Important Safety Instructions

Setup and Assembly
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. The unit is packed with compact contoured foam to ensure safe delivery.
- Install Legs: Rotate the four adjustable legs into the designated sockets on the bottom of the main housing. Adjust the height as needed to ensure stability.
- Insert Oil Container: Place the removable stainless steel oil container into the main housing. Ensure it sits securely.
- Attach Fryer Head: Position the fryer head (heating element and control panel) onto the back of the main housing. Ensure it locks into place. Push the release button on the right side to lower the fryer head into the oil container.
- Place Diffusion Plate: Insert the stainless steel diffusion plate at the bottom of the oil container, below the heating element. This helps protect the heating element and ensures even heat distribution.
- Insert Frying Basket: Place the solid stainless steel frying basket into the oil container.
- Cover with Lid: Place the lid on top of the oil container when the fryer is not in use to prevent dust accumulation.

Operating Instructions
- Fill with Oil: Pour cooking oil into the removable oil container. Do not exceed the maximum fill line (Recommended Maximum Oil Capacity: 12L / 26.5 Lbs).
- Connect Power: Ensure the fryer is properly assembled and placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Plug the power cord into a 120V/1800W compatible electrical outlet.
- Turn On: Flip the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position. The green Power indicator light will illuminate.
- Set Temperature: Rotate the temperature control dial to your desired frying temperature. The orange Heating indicator light will turn on, indicating the oil is heating. The German-made EGO Thermostat ensures precise temperature control within 7 degrees.
- Preheat: Allow the oil to preheat to the set temperature. This typically takes 12-25 minutes depending on the oil volume and desired temperature. The Heating light will turn off once the target temperature is reached.
- Frying: Carefully place food into the frying basket and slowly lower it into the hot oil. Do not overload the basket to maintain oil temperature and ensure even cooking.
- Monitor Cooking: Fry food until it reaches the desired crispness and color.
- Drain Excess Oil: Once cooked, lift the basket and hook it onto the side of the oil container to allow excess oil to drain back into the tank.
- Serve: Carefully remove the fried food from the basket and serve.
- Turn Off: When finished frying, turn the temperature dial to the "MIN" position and flip the ON/OFF switch to "OFF". Unplug the appliance from the power outlet.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your deep fryer and ensure optimal performance.
- Cool Down: Always allow the oil and appliance to cool completely before cleaning.
- Drain Oil: Carefully remove the oil container using its handles. Dispose of used oil responsibly or filter and store it for reuse.
- Remove Components: Lift the fryer head (heating element) and remove the diffusion plate and frying basket.
- Clean Oil Container: The removable oil container is dishwasher safe. For manual cleaning, wash with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Clean Fryer Head: Wipe the heating element and control panel with a damp cloth. Do NOT immerse the fryer head in water or any other liquid.
- Clean Basket and Diffusion Plate: These components are also dishwasher safe. For manual cleaning, wash with warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry.
- Clean Main Housing: Wipe the exterior of the main housing with a damp cloth.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling. Store the fryer in a clean, dry place. Use the provided lid to cover the oil container to prevent dust.
