Regularly clean the exterior of the printer with a soft, damp cloth. For optimal scan quality, periodically clean the scanner glass with a lint-free cloth and glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive materials.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Print Quality Issues

If you experience streaks or faded prints, perform a nozzle check and head cleaning through the printer's maintenance menu. Ensure you are using genuine Epson ink cartridges, as non-genuine ink may cause damage not covered under warranty.

5.2 Connectivity Problems

If the printer loses its wireless connection, check your Wi-Fi router and ensure the printer is within range. Re-establish the connection through the Epson Smart Panel app or the printer's control panel settings. For persistent issues, restart both your printer and router.

5.3 Paper Jams

If a paper jam occurs, the printer display will provide instructions. Carefully remove any jammed paper from the paper trays or internal compartments. Avoid tearing the paper to prevent small pieces from remaining inside.
