3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Assembly
- Carefully unpack all components from the packaging.
- Attach the microscope unit to the adjustable stand. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Place the assembled microscope on a stable, flat surface.
3.2 Powering On and Charging
- The microscope is powered by a built-in lithium battery. For first use, it is recommended to fully charge the device.
- Connect the microscope to a power source using the provided USB data cable. The charging indicator will illuminate.
- Press and hold the power button to turn the microscope on or off.
3.3 SD Card Installation
The 32GB SD card is typically pre-installed. If not, or if you need to replace it:
- Locate the SD card slot on the microscope unit.
- Insert the SD card with the metal contacts facing down until it clicks into place.
- To remove, gently push the SD card until it ejects.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Operation
- Place the object you wish to observe on the base plate directly beneath the microscope lens.
- Adjust the height of the microscope unit using the stand's adjustment knob until the object is roughly in focus on the screen.
- Use the fine-focus knob on the microscope lens to achieve a sharp image.
4.2 Adjusting Magnification
The microscope offers 50X to 1000X magnification. Magnification is adjusted by changing the distance between the lens and the object, and by using the digital zoom function.

4.3 LED Illumination
The microscope is equipped with 8 adjustable LED lights. Use the light control button (if available) or the menu settings to adjust the brightness for optimal viewing.
4.4 Photo and Video Capture
To capture images or record videos:
- Ensure an SD card is inserted.
- Press the 'Mode' button to switch between photo and video modes.
- In photo mode, press the 'OK' button to take a picture.
- In video mode, press the 'OK' button to start recording; press again to stop.
- Captured files are saved to the SD card.

4.5 PC Connection
For a larger viewing experience and easier data management, connect the microscope to a computer:
- Connect the microscope to your computer using the USB data cable.
- For Windows, open the 'Windows Camera' application.
- For MacOS, open the 'Photo Booth' application.
- Select the microscope as the camera source within the application.

4.6 Screen Rotation
The microscope's screen can be rotated between 90 and 135 degrees for comfortable viewing angles.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the microscope body. For the lens, use a specialized lens cleaning cloth and solution. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the microscope in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. When not in use for extended periods, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan.
- Handling: Handle the microscope with care to prevent drops or impacts, which can damage internal components.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Common Issues and Solutions
- No Power:
- Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
- Verify the power button is pressed and held correctly.
- Unclear Image/Difficulty Focusing:
- Adjust the height of the microscope unit on the stand.
- Rotate the fine-focus knob on the lens slowly until the image is sharp.
- Ensure the object is properly illuminated by adjusting the LED lights.
- Clean the lens if it appears dirty.
- SD Card Error/Cannot Save:
- Ensure the SD card is correctly inserted.
- Check if the SD card is full; delete unnecessary files or replace it.
- Format the SD card through the microscope's menu settings (this will erase all data).
- PC Connection Issues:
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the microscope and the computer.
- Try a different USB port on your computer.
