- Lighting a Burner: Push in the desired burner knob and turn it counter-clockwise to the 'LITE' position. You will hear a clicking sound as the igniter sparks. Once the burner ignites, continue to hold the knob in for a few seconds, then release and adjust to the desired flame size.
- Adjusting Flame: Turn the knob between 'HIGH' and 'LOW' settings to achieve the desired heat level. A stable blue flame is ideal.
- Cookware: Use flat-bottomed cookware that is appropriately sized for the burner to ensure even heating and prevent heat loss.
5.3 Oven Operation
