The tamping station is designed to streamline your espresso preparation workflow. Here’s how to use it effectively:
- Dosing: After grinding your coffee beans, place your 58mm portafilter into the designated slot on the tamping station. Dose your ground coffee into the portafilter basket.
- Distribution (Optional): If using a WDT tool or coffee distributor, utilize the circular rests to hold these tools. Use them to evenly distribute the coffee grounds in the portafilter.
