Switch between two distinct sound modes: Rock Mode, which emphasizes low-frequency, rhythmic sports sound effects to reduce fatigue and activate potential, and Relax Mode, which focuses on natural and comfortable sound effects for relaxation and stress reduction.
Setup
Charging the Headphones and Case
Before first use, fully charge the headphones and charging case. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging case and a power source. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. A full charge for the case takes approximately 1.5 hours.
Pairing with a Device
- Open the charging case. The headphones will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- The blue indicator light on the headphones will flicker, indicating they are ready to pair.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and select "OpenRock S" from the list of available devices.
- Once successfully paired, the blue light will stay on for 1 second before turning off.
Wearing Instructions

- Hang the end of the headphone on the ear helix.
- Turn the headphone and slide it behind the ear.
- Adjust the ear hook until the headphone is worn stably.
Adjusting the Ear Hook

The titanium alloy ear hooks are adjustable to ensure a perfect fit for different ear shapes. Before wearing, gently bend the ear hook inwards or rotate it outwards to tighten, or pull outwards and rotate inwards to loosen, until a stable and comfortable position is achieved.

Touch Controls

- Double-tap (x2): Answer/Hang up calls, Play/Pause music.
- Long press (2 seconds): Reject incoming calls, Previous track (left earbud), Next track (right earbud).
- Triple-tap (x3): Activate voice assistant (not available during phone calls).
Switching Sound Modes
To switch between Rock Mode and Relax Mode, hold both earbuds simultaneously for 2 seconds. This function is not available during phone calls or music playback.
Maintenance
Cleaning
Regularly clean your OpenRock S headphones and charging case to maintain performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging contacts. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
Storage

Troubleshooting
Connectivity Issues
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the headphones are within range (up to 15 meters).
- If the headphones do not connect, place them back in the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, and then open the lid again to re-enter pairing mode.
- If issues persist, try forgetting "OpenRock S" from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pairing.
Charging Problems
- Verify that the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
- Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
- Check if the charging case has sufficient battery power.
Sound Quality Issues
