3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Unpacking and Transport Bolt Removal
Before using your washing machine, it is crucial to remove all transport bolts from the rear of the appliance. These bolts secure the drum during transit and must be removed to prevent damage during operation. Failure to remove them will result in excessive vibration and potential malfunction.
Important: Keep the transport bolts for future transport of the appliance.
3.2 Placement
Place the washing machine on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the appliance for ventilation and maintenance. The dimensions of the product are approximately 59 cm (depth) x 60 cm (width) x 85 cm (height).

Figure 3.2.1: Dimensional diagram of the washing machine. Measurements are in millimeters, showing a depth of 590mm, width of 600mm, and height of 845mm (+12mm for adjustable feet).
3.3 Water and Drainage Connection
Connect the water inlet hose to a cold water tap with a 3/4" thread. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent leaks. Position the drain hose into a standpipe or over the edge of a sink, ensuring it is securely fastened to prevent displacement during the wash cycle.
3.4 Electrical Connection
Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The appliance operates on 240 Volts. Do not use extension cords or adapters.
Included Components: Power cord.
3.5 First Use
Before washing laundry for the first time, run an empty wash cycle at 60°C without laundry but with a small amount of detergent to clean the drum and remove any manufacturing residues.

Run a drum cleaning program (if available) or a hot wash cycle (e.g., 90°C) with no laundry and a descaling agent or washing machine cleaner every few months to prevent odors and maintain hygiene.
5.3 Cleaning the Drain Filter
The drain filter should be checked and cleaned regularly (e.g., every 3 months) to remove lint, coins, or other small objects that may obstruct drainage. Refer to the appliance's service flap at the bottom front for access.
5.4 Exterior Care
Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
