Setup

Connecting the Controller

The Afterglow Wave controller connects via a detachable USB-C cable, providing a reliable wired connection for uninterrupted gameplay.

  1. Locate the USB-C port on the top of your controller.
  2. Insert the smaller end of the included 8-foot USB-C cable into the controller's USB-C port. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
  3. Connect the larger USB-A end of the cable to an available USB port on your Xbox console or Windows 10/11 PC.
  4. The controller will automatically power on and connect. The Xbox button on the controller will illuminate to indicate a successful connection.

Installing the PDP Control Hub App

For full customization of your controller's features, download the free PDP Control Hub App.

  • On Xbox, search for "PDP Control Hub" in the Microsoft Store.
  • On Windows 10/11 PC, search for "PDP Control Hub" in the Microsoft Store or visit the official PDP website for download instructions.

Programmable Back Buttons

Maintenance

Cleaning Your Controller
