2. Setup Instructions
2.1. Components

2.2. Charging the Headset
Before initial use, fully charge the headset using the provided USB-C charging cable. Connect the USB-C end to the headset's charging port and the USB-A end to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 48+ hours of gaming time.

2.3. Connecting the Headset
The TA3000 headset offers three connection modes:
2.3.1. 2.4G Wireless Connection (USB Dongle)
- Insert the 2.4G USB wireless adapter into a compatible USB port on your PC, PS4, PS5, Mac, or Laptop.
- Power on the headset by pressing and holding the Power button.
- The headset will automatically connect to the adapter. A white light on the headset indicates a successful 2.4G wireless connection.
Note: This mode provides low-latency audio for gaming.

2.3.2. Bluetooth Connection
- With the headset powered off, press and hold the Power button until the indicator light flashes blue, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (e.g., PC, Mac, Smartphone, Tablet, Switch), enable Bluetooth and search for "TA3000".
- Select "TA3000" to pair. A solid blue light on the headset indicates a successful Bluetooth connection.
Note: Bluetooth mode is suitable for mobile devices and general audio. For optimal gaming performance on PC/consoles, the 2.4G wireless adapter is recommended.

2.3.3. 3.5mm Wired Connection
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the headset's 3.5mm port.
- Connect the other end to the 3.5mm audio jack on your device (e.g., PC, Mac, PS4/PS5 controller, Xbox controller, Switch, mobile phone, tablet).
Note: In 3.5mm wired mode, the microphone function may not work directly through the headset's built-in mic. An external mic or a 1-to-2 splitter (not included) might be required for certain devices (e.g., PC for separate mic/audio jacks). The mute function is also invalid in this mode.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1. Controls Overview
The headset features intuitive controls located on the earcups:
- Power Button: Press and hold to power on/off. Short press to play/pause audio.
- BT/2.4G Mode Button: Switches between Bluetooth and 2.4G wireless modes.
- Volume + / Next Track: Short press for volume up. Long press for next track.
- Volume - / Previous Track: Short press for volume down. Long press for previous track.
- Mic On/Off Button: Toggles microphone mute/unmute.

3.2. Microphone Usage
The TA3000 headset includes both a detachable boom microphone and a built-in beamforming microphone.
- Detachable Mic: For clear voice communication, especially during gaming. Plug it into the dedicated microphone port on the headset.
- Built-in Beamforming Mic: Provides an alternative for voice input when the detachable mic is not in use.
Use the "Mic On/Off" button to mute or unmute your microphone. Note that the detachable mic is generally recommended for optimal voice clarity in gaming environments.

4. Maintenance

5. Troubleshooting
- No Sound/Poor Sound Quality:
- Ensure the headset is properly connected (2.4G dongle, Bluetooth, or 3.5mm cable).
- Check device volume settings and headset volume controls.
- For 2.4G or Bluetooth, ensure the headset is paired and selected as the audio output device.
- If using 3.5mm wired connection, note that sound quality can vary depending on the device's audio output.
- Microphone Not Working:
- Ensure the detachable microphone is securely plugged in.
- Check if the microphone is muted using the "Mic On/Off" button.
- Verify microphone input settings on your connected device.
- In 3.5mm wired mode, the mic may not function. A 1-to-2 splitter might be needed for PC setups with separate audio/mic jacks.
- Connectivity Issues:
- For 2.4G wireless, ensure the USB dongle is firmly inserted and the headset is in 2.4G mode.
- For Bluetooth, ensure the headset is in pairing mode (flashing blue light) and your device's Bluetooth is enabled. Try unpairing and re-pairing.
- Reduce distance between headset and device, and minimize interference from other wireless devices.
- Headset Not Powering On:
- Ensure the headset is fully charged.
- Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds to turn it on.
