1. Introduction
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your QttyElok Wifi Tuya Door Access Control System. This system offers advanced security features including smart phone APP unlock, RFID card access, and password entry, designed for both convenience and robust protection.

2. Package Contents
Please verify that all items listed below are included in your package:
- Wifi Tuya Access Control Keypad (IP68 Waterproof)
- Power Supply (AC110-260V input, DC12V 3A output)
- Door Exit Button
- 10pcs RFID Keyfobs (125KHz and 13.56MHz dual frequency)
Note: Electric lock is NOT included in this kit.

4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Wiring Diagram
Proper wiring is crucial for the system's functionality. Refer to the diagram below for connection details. Ensure all connections are secure before powering on the system.

4.2 Tuya APP Integration
The system integrates seamlessly with the Tuya Smart APP, allowing for remote control and user management. Follow the steps below to add your device and configure settings via the app.

Adding Device to Tuya APP:
- Turn on Tuya APP.
- Enter *123456#041# on the keypad.
- In the APP, click "Add device".
- Enter your Wifi password.
- Once added, click "Done".
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Unlocking Methods
The system supports multiple convenient unlocking methods:
- Tuya APP Remote Unlock: Open the door directly from your smartphone via the Tuya APP.
- RFID Card Unlock: Swipe a registered RFID card on the keypad.
- Password Unlock: Enter a valid password on the keypad.

5.2 User Management via Tuya APP
The Tuya APP provides extensive user management capabilities. Refer to Video 1 for a detailed walkthrough.
Setting Temporary Password:
Temporary passwords are valid for 6 hours and can be used once. They can be shared via WeChat, Email, or Message.

Adding Private Password:
- In the APP, navigate to "Member manage" and click "Add".
- Input a 6-digit code.
- Click "Save".
Adding RFID Card:
- In the APP, navigate to "Member manage" and click "Add" under "Card".
- Swipe the RFID card on the keypad.
- Click "Done" in the APP.
Viewing Unlock Records:
Click on the reminder information within the Tuya APP to view a log of all unlock events, including method and time.

5.3 Keypad Programming (Advanced)
The following operations are performed directly on the keypad using the programming password (default: 123456). Always remember to press * to exit programming mode.
Set Management Card (Add/Delete):
- Add Management Card: Enter *Programming Password#7, then swipe the card.
- Delete Management Card: Enter *Programming Password#8, then swipe the card.
Add User Card:
- Method 1 (Sequential): Enter *Programming Password#1, then swipe the card.
- Method 2 (Specific User Code): Enter *Programming Password#1 User Code#, then swipe the card.
Delete User Card:
- Method 1 (By Swiping): Enter *Programming Password#3, then swipe the card to delete it.
- Method 2 (By Card Number): Enter *Programming Password#3 Card Number# to delete a specific card.
- Method 3 (By User Code): Enter *Programming Password#3 User Code# to delete a user's card.
- Delete All Users: Enter *Programming Password#4 Programming Password# to delete all registered users.
Combined Door Opening Method (RFID Card + Password):
- Turn On: Enter *Programming Password#021#.
- Turn Off: Enter *Programming Password#020#.
Normally Open Mode:
- Turn On: Swipe a valid card or enter a valid password, then press 0#. The door will remain unlocked.
- Turn Off: Swipe a valid card or enter a valid password again. The door will return to normal locked mode.
Modify Public Unlocking Password:
The default public unlocking password is 7890.
- Change Password: Enter *Programming Password#2 New Password# New Password#*.
Modify Programming Password:
The default programming password is 123456.
- Change Password: Enter *Programming Password#9 New Programming Password# New Programming Password#*.
Restore Factory Settings:
- Restore: Enter *Programming Password#6 Programming Password#*. This will reset all settings to default.

- Software Updates: Keep your Tuya APP updated to the latest version to benefit from new features and security enhancements.
- Keyfobs: Store RFID keyfobs in a safe place to prevent loss or damage.
8. Troubleshooting

- System Not Responding:
- Check power supply connections.
- Ensure the power supply is providing the correct voltage (DC12V).
- RFID Card Not Working:
- Ensure the card is properly registered in the system (refer to Section 5.2).
- Verify the card is being swiped within the optimal reading distance (0-5cm).
- Check if the card is damaged.
- Password Not Working:
- Double-check the entered password for accuracy.
- Ensure the password has not expired (for temporary passwords).
- Verify the public or private password is correctly set (refer to Section 5.3).
- Tuya APP Connectivity Issues:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi network is stable and the keypad is within range.
- Verify correct Wi-Fi password was entered during setup.
- Restart the Tuya APP and/or your smartphone.
- Check if the keypad's Wi-Fi indicator light is active.
- Door Not Unlocking in Normally Open Mode:
- Ensure the normally open mode was activated correctly by swiping a valid card/password and pressing 0#.
- If the mode is active, the work indicator light should be green.
