4. Assembly Instructions
Assembly is required for this conference table. It is strongly recommended that two people perform the assembly due to the size and weight of the components. All necessary tools and labeled pieces are included.
- Unpack Components: Carefully unpack all parts and lay them out on a clean, soft surface (e.g., a blanket or cardboard) to prevent scratches. Verify all parts against the package contents list.
- Assemble Metal Frames: Attach the horizontal support bars to the vertical metal legs using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are secure but do not fully tighten screws until the entire frame is assembled.
- Attach Central Pedestal (if applicable): If your model includes a central pedestal, attach it to the designated points on the tabletop sections or the main frame according to the specific diagram.
- Position Tabletop Sections: Carefully place the tabletop sections upside down on your soft surface. Align the pre-drilled holes with the assembled metal frames.
- Secure Tabletop: Attach the tabletop sections to the metal frames using the provided screws. Once all sections are loosely attached, gradually tighten all screws on the frame and tabletop until secure.
- Install Adjustable Foot Pads: Screw the adjustable foot pads into the bottom of each leg.

5.1 Cable Grommets
The table is equipped with two integrated cable grommet holes on the tabletop. These are designed to help manage and organize power cords and data cables, keeping your workspace tidy and clutter-free.
- To use, simply feed your cables through the grommet openings.
- The grommets can be removed for easier access or to accommodate larger cable bundles.

5.2 Adjustable Foot Pads
The adjustable foot pads at the base of each leg allow for precise leveling of the table. This ensures stability on uneven floors or carpets and helps prevent wobbling.
- To adjust, gently lift the corner of the table and rotate the foot pad clockwise to lower or counter-clockwise to raise.
- Adjust each pad until the table is level and stable.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
- Tabletop: Wipe the tabletop with a dry, soft cloth. For spills, use a slightly damp cloth and immediately dry the surface. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the melamine finish.
- Metal Frame: Clean the metal frame with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
6.2 General Care
- Regularly check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
- Avoid placing hot items directly on the tabletop; use coasters or protective pads.
- Do not drag the table when moving it; always lift with assistance to prevent damage to the legs and floor.
7. Troubleshooting
- Table is Wobbly:
Solution: Adjust the foot pads on each leg until the table is stable and level. Ensure all assembly hardware is securely tightened. - Difficulty during Assembly:
Solution: Refer to the assembly instructions and diagrams carefully. Ensure all parts are correctly oriented. If a part seems difficult to fit, double-check the step. Do not force components together. Contact customer support if issues persist. - Missing Parts:
Solution: Review the package contents list. If any parts are missing, contact Tribesigns customer support with your purchase information and the specific missing part number. - Scratches or Damage to Tabletop:
Solution: The tabletop has a scratch-resistant finish, but extreme force can still cause damage. For minor scratches, wood repair kits may be used. For significant damage, contact customer support for advice.
