The electric strike lock is an NC (Normally Closed) type, meaning it is locked when power is on and unlocked when power is off (fail-safe). It is suitable for wooden and metal doors.
4. Operating Instructions
This section details how to operate your QttyElok Access Control System using the Tuya APP, RFID cards, and passwords.
4.1. Tuya APP Operations
Download the Tuya Smart App from smart.tuya.com/download or by scanning the QR code provided in the product images.
4.1.1. Add Device to Tuya APP
- Turn on the Tuya APP.
- On the keypad, enter * 123456 # 041 #.
- In the APP, click "Add Device".
- Enter your WiFi password.
- Confirm device addition.
4.1.2. Remote Unlock
From the Tuya APP interface, press the unlock icon to remotely open the door.
4.1.3. Set Temporary Password
Navigate to the temporary password section in the Tuya APP to generate and set a temporary password. Temporary passwords are valid for 6 hours and can be used once.
4.1.4. Share Password
Temporary passwords can be shared via WeChat, Message, or copied directly from the Tuya APP.
4.1.5. Add Private Password
- In the APP, go to "Member manage" and click "Add".
- Input a 6-digit code.
- Click "Save".

- In the APP, go to "Member manage" and click "Add" under the Card section.
- Swipe the RFID card on the keypad.

Swipe a registered RFID card over the keypad's card area to unlock the door.

Enter your private 6-digit password followed by # on the keypad to unlock.
4.1.9. Set Door Keep Open Mode
In the Tuya APP settings, enable "Door keep open" and configure the desired time frame (e.g., 08:00-20:00) or select "Forever".

Click on the reminder information in the Tuya APP to access and view the log of all unlock events.
