2. Product Overview

The Tikom 2-in-1 Water Tank and Dust Bin integrates a 300ml dust bin and a 250ml water tank. It features a HEPA filtration system for efficient dust capture and a removable mop pad for wet cleaning.

Components:

• Dust Bin Compartment: Collects dry debris. Capacity: 300ml. Includes a HEPA filter.
• Water Tank Compartment: Holds water for mopping. Capacity: 250ml.
• Mop Pad Base: Attaches to the bottom of the unit, holding the mop pad.
• Mop Pad: Reusable microfiber pad for wet cleaning.

3. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to install the 2-in-1 Water Tank and Dust Bin into your Tikom robot vacuum.

1. Prepare the Robot Vacuum: Ensure your Tikom L9000 or L8000 Series robot vacuum is powered off before installation.
2. Remove Existing Dust Bin (if applicable): Open the top cover of your robot vacuum and remove the existing dust bin or water tank unit by pressing the release button and pulling it out.
3. Fill the Water Tank: Open the rubber stopper on the water tank compartment of the 2-in-1 unit. Carefully fill the tank with clean tap water. Do not overfill. Close the rubber stopper securely to prevent leaks.
4. Attach the Mop Pad: Securely attach a clean mop pad to the mop pad base. Then, slide the mop pad base onto the designated slots at the bottom of the 2-in-1 unit until it clicks into place.
5. Insert the 2-in-1 Unit: Slide the prepared 2-in-1 Water Tank and Dust Bin into the robot vacuum's designated slot until it clicks firmly into place. Ensure it is seated correctly.
6. Close the Cover: Close the top cover of the robot vacuum.

4. Operating Instructions

Once installed, the robot vacuum can perform both vacuuming and mopping functions simultaneously.

• Start Cleaning: Power on your robot vacuum and initiate a cleaning cycle via the robot's controls or the companion mobile application.
• Mopping Function: The robot will automatically dispense water from the tank to wet the mop pad as it cleans, providing a light mopping action.
• Monitoring Water Level: Periodically check the water level in the tank. Refill as needed for continuous mopping.

5.1 Emptying the Dust Bin

1. Remove the 2-in-1 unit from the robot vacuum.
2. Locate the dust bin release latch and open the dust bin compartment.
3. Empty the collected dust and debris into a waste bin.

5.2 Cleaning the Filter

1. After emptying the dust bin, remove the HEPA filter from its housing.
2. Tap the filter gently over a waste bin to dislodge dust.
3. If necessary, use a small brush to clean the filter. Do not wash the HEPA filter with water, as this can damage it.
4. Reinsert the clean filter into the dust bin. Replace the filter every 3-6 months, or as recommended by your robot vacuum's manual.

1. After each mopping cycle, remove the mop pad from its base.
2. Wash the mop pad with water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before reattaching.
