Setup Guide

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case:

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated.
2. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
3. The LED display on the case will show the charging progress. When fully charged, the display will show "100".

2. Pairing with a Device:

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "C16" from the list.
4. Once connected, the earbuds will indicate successful pairing (e.g., a voice prompt or LED indicator change).

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls:

The C16 earbuds feature sensitive touch controls on the outer surface of each earbud.

Maintenance and Care

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Eartips: Remove eartips periodically and clean them with water and mild soap. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
• Water Resistance: While the earbuds are IP7 waterproof, the charging case is not. Avoid exposing the charging case to water. Do not submerge the earbuds in water for extended periods.
• Storage: Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.
• Temperature: Avoid exposing the product to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) as this can affect battery life and performance.

Troubleshooting

Earbuds not pairing or connecting:

• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Turn off Bluetooth on your device and turn it back on.
• Delete "C16" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open to reset.

Only one earbud working:

• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. This often re-syncs them.
• Check if the non-working earbud's charging contacts are clean.

Low volume or poor sound quality:

• Adjust the volume on both your device and the earbuds.
• Ensure the eartips are properly sealed in your ear canal. Try different sized eartips.
• Clean any debris from the earbud's speaker mesh.
• Ensure there are no obstructions between the earbuds and your device.

Charging case not charging:

• Check the USB cable and power adapter for damage.
• Try a different USB port or power source.
• Ensure the charging port on the case is clean and free of debris.
