1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions

Always observe basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury when using this appliance. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or damage to the equipment.

3. Package Contents

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly requires basic tools (not included) such as wrenches and screwdrivers. Follow these steps carefully to ensure proper and safe assembly.

1. Attach Wheels: Secure the wheels to the axle, then attach the axle assembly to the main frame.
2. Assemble Frame: Connect the support legs to the main frame using the provided fasteners. Ensure all connections are tight and stable.
3. Mount Motor Unit: Attach the motor unit to the designated position on the frame. Ensure the motor's gear aligns correctly with the drum's gear ring.
4. Assemble Mixing Drum: Join the upper and lower sections of the mixing drum. Secure them firmly with the provided bolts.
5. Attach Drum to Frame: Mount the assembled mixing drum onto the main frame, ensuring it pivots freely and securely. Connect the drum to the motor's drive mechanism.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your concrete mixer.

1. Positioning: Place the mixer on a stable, level surface. Ensure there is enough space around the mixer for safe operation and material handling.
2. Power Connection: Connect the mixer to a suitable power outlet (220-240V / 50/60Hz) with RCD protection.
3. Starting the Mixer: Turn on the mixer using the power switch. Allow the drum to reach full operating speed before adding materials.
4. Loading Materials:
   • First, add a small amount of water to the rotating drum to prevent dry mix from sticking.
   • Gradually add aggregates (sand, gravel), then cement, and finally the remaining water.
   • Add materials slowly and evenly to avoid overloading the motor and to ensure thorough mixing.
   • Do not exceed the maximum mixing capacity of 135L.
5. Mixing: Allow the materials to mix until a consistent, uniform consistency is achieved. The mixing time will vary depending on the type of mix and materials.
6. Unloading: Once mixing is complete, turn off the mixer. Use the tilting handle to carefully tilt the drum and discharge the mixed material into a wheelbarrow or container.
7. Stopping the Mixer: After unloading, return the drum to its upright position and turn off the power switch. Disconnect the mixer from the power supply.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning:
  • Immediately after each use, clean the inside and outside of the mixing drum thoroughly with water. Do not allow concrete or mortar to dry and harden inside the drum.
  • Avoid spraying water directly onto the motor housing or electrical components.
  • Remove any build-up from the mixing paddles and drum interior.
• Lubrication: Periodically check and lubricate moving parts, especially the gear ring and drum pivot points, according to manufacturer recommendations (if specified, otherwise use general-purpose grease).

  • Regularly inspect the power cable for cuts, fraying, or damage. Replace if necessary.
  • Check all bolts and fasteners for tightness. Re-tighten as needed.
