2. What's in the Box

3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your Ulefone Armor 22. Connect the provided AC power charger and data cable to the phone's USB-C port. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.
3.2 SIM Card and Storage Installation
Use the provided SIM needle to open the SIM card tray. Insert your Nano SIM cards and an optional TF (microSD) card for expanded storage into the designated slots. Ensure the tray is securely closed to maintain water and dust resistance.

4.1 Display and Navigation

6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Common Issues and Solutions
- Device Freezes/Unresponsive: Press and hold the power button for approximately 10-15 seconds to force a restart.
- Network Connectivity Issues: Verify your SIM card is correctly inserted. Check network settings and ensure mobile data is enabled. Note that this device is not compatible with AT&T, Cricket, Sprint, or Boost Mobile.
- Battery Drains Quickly: Reduce screen brightness, close unused apps, disable unnecessary features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or GPS when not in use. Check battery usage in settings to identify power-hungry applications.
- Camera Not Working: Ensure the camera app has necessary permissions. Restart the device.
- Water Damage Concerns: While highly resistant, ensure all port covers are sealed before water exposure. If water enters, power off immediately and allow to dry completely before attempting to power on.
6.2 Factory Reset
