  1. Connect Track Pieces: Align the interfaces of two track pieces and firmly snap them together. Ensure a tight connection to prevent the train from derailing.
  2. Secure Connections: Use the latches on the track pieces to secure the upper and lower interfaces, ensuring stability.
  3. Freely Switchable Tracks: Integrate the freely switchable tracks into your layout. These allow the train to change paths by pressing a switch.

3. Adding Water for Smoke Effect

The locomotive features a realistic smoke effect. To activate this, carefully add clean water to the designated reservoir located on the top of the locomotive, usually near the chimney. Use the provided water bottle for precise filling. Do not overfill.

4. Connecting Train Cars

Connect the locomotive to the passenger and cargo cars using the hooks and loops provided on each car. Ensure all connections are secure before placing the train on the tracks.

  4. Switchable Tracks: To change the train's path on a freely switchable track, press the designated switch lever on the track piece when the train approaches.
  5. Power Off: To stop the train, switch the ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position.
