1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

The dance pad requires 4 AA batteries (not included) for the main control unit and 2 AAA batteries (not included) for the remote control. Locate the battery compartments on the underside of the control unit and the back of the remote. Use a small screwdriver to open the covers, insert the batteries according to the polarity indicators (+/-), and securely close the compartments.

4.2 Mat Placement

Unfold the dance mat completely and place it on a flat, dry, and stable surface. Ensure there is enough clear space around the mat for safe movement during play.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Press the Power button on the control unit or the remote control to turn the dance pad ON. The LED display will light up. To turn OFF, press the Power button again.

5.2 Language Selection

Upon initial power-on, you may be prompted to select a language. Follow the on-screen instructions or remote control prompts to choose your preferred language.

5.3 Mode Selection

The dance pad features multiple interactive modes. Use the 'Mode' button on the control unit or remote to cycle through the available options:

• Dance Mode: Follow the blinking arrows on the mat and the LED display. This mode has 9 challenge levels, increasing in difficulty.
• Memory Mode: Observe the sequence of blinking lights and repeat the pattern by stepping on the corresponding arrows. This mode helps develop memory skills.
• Bluetooth Mode: Connect your mobile device via Bluetooth to play your own music. The mat will light up in sync with the music.
• Instrument Mode: Each arrow button plays a different musical note, allowing users to create their own melodies.
• Light Show Mode: Enjoy a colorful light display with accompanying music.

5.4 Volume Control

Adjust the volume using the 'VOL+' and 'VOL-' buttons on the control unit or remote control.

5.5 Level and Speed Adjustment

In Dance Mode, use the 'Level' buttons to select from 9 challenge levels. In Bluetooth Mode, use the 'Speed' buttons to adjust the music speed (5 speed levels available).

5.6 Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your device in Bluetooth Mode:

1. Turn on the dance pad and select Bluetooth Mode.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device.
3. Search for available devices and select 'Dance_Mat' (or similar name displayed on the mat's screen).
4. Once paired, you can play music from your device through the dance pad's speakers.

5.7 Single or Double Player

The maysida Electronic Dance Pad supports both single and double-player modes, allowing for individual play or competitive fun with a friend or family member. The control unit displays scores for both players.
