Thank you for choosing the HAvern Intelligent Digital Fingerprint Lock. This manual provides essential information for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your new smart lock. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and keep it for future reference. This lock offers multiple unlocking methods including fingerprint, password, IC card, mechanical key, and smartphone application (TTLock APP).

2. Safety Information

• Ensure all components are present and undamaged before installation.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the lock. This may void the warranty and compromise security.
• Keep mechanical keys in a secure location outside the property.
• Protect your passwords and fingerprints from unauthorized access.
• Use only recommended batteries. Replace all batteries simultaneously.
• This lock is designed for specific door thicknesses (40-60 mm). Verify your door's compatibility.

5. Installation

Proper installation is crucial for the lock's functionality and security. It is recommended to have a professional install the lock if you are unfamiliar with door hardware installation.

5.1 Door Preparation

• Door Thickness: Ensure your door thickness is between 40-60 mm.
• Door Type: Compatible with aluminum alloy doors, glass frame doors, wooden doors, sliding doors, revolving doors, and shielded doors.
• Use the provided installation template to mark and drill holes on your door.

5.2 Mortise Installation

1. Insert the mortise lock body into the prepared mortise cutout on the door edge.
2. Secure the mortise with screws.

5.3 Panel Installation

1. Install the front panel, ensuring the spindle and connecting cables pass through the door.
2. Connect the cables from the front panel to the rear panel.
3. Install the rear panel, aligning it with the front panel and securing it with mounting screws.
4. Insert batteries into the battery compartment on the rear panel.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Initial Setup (TTLock APP)

1. Download the "TTLock" APP from your smartphone's app store.
2. Create an account and log in.
3. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and stand close to the lock.
4. In the APP, tap "Add Lock" and select your lock from the list of nearby devices.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the lock and set up the administrator.

6.2 Unlocking Methods

• Fingerprint: Place your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor. The lock will unlock after successful verification.
• Password: Enter your registered password on the keypad, then press the '#' key.
• IC Card: Present your registered IC card to the card reader area on the lock.
• Mechanical Key: Insert the mechanical key into the emergency keyhole and turn to unlock.
• TTLock APP: Open the TTLock APP, ensure Bluetooth is enabled, and tap the unlock icon. You can also generate temporary passwords for guests.

• Cleaning: Wipe the lock surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Battery Replacement: Replace all batteries when the low battery warning is indicated. Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Keyhole Maintenance: Do not lubricate the keyhole with oil. Use graphite powder if lubrication is necessary.
• Firmware Updates: Regularly check the TTLock APP for firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
