- Tools: Use appropriate tools for installation. A stud finder is highly recommended.
- Assistance: Due to the size and weight of the TV and mount, a minimum of two people are required for safe installation.
- Cable Management: Ensure all cables are routed safely and do not interfere with the mount's movement.
5. Installation Guide
Follow these steps carefully for a secure installation. It is recommended to have a second person assist with lifting and positioning the TV.
Step 1: Attach TV Brackets to Your TV
- Carefully place your TV face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.
- Identify the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV.
- Select the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers from the hardware kit that fit your TV's VESA pattern. Refer to your TV's manual for specific requirements.
- Attach the two TV brackets to the back of your TV using the selected hardware. Ensure the brackets are oriented correctly (hooks facing upwards) and are securely tightened.

Step 2: Install the Wall Plate
- Determine the desired height and location for your TV. Use a stud finder to locate two adjacent wood studs or mark the drilling points on a solid concrete/brick wall.
- Use the provided drill template to mark the pilot hole locations on the wall. Ensure the template is level using the small level tool.
- Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. For wood studs, use a 1/8 inch (3 mm) drill bit. For concrete/brick, use a 3/8 inch (10 mm) masonry drill bit and insert the concrete anchors.
- Position the wall plate over the pilot holes and secure it to the wall using the lag bolts and washers. Tighten all bolts firmly, but do not overtighten.

Step 3: Hang Your TV
- With assistance, carefully lift the TV and hook the attached TV brackets onto the top edge of the wall plate.
- Gently lower the TV until the brackets fully engage with the wall plate. The TV should sit securely.
- Locate the safety screws or locking mechanisms on the bottom of the TV brackets. Tighten these to secure the TV to the wall plate and prevent accidental dislodging.
- Perform any post-installation leveling using the horizontal leveling screws on the TV brackets to ensure your screen is perfectly aligned.

Extension from Wall
- The mount extends up to 6 inches from the wall, providing space to access cables.
- To push the TV closer to the wall, gently guide it back until it sits at its minimum distance of 2.4 inches.
7. Maintenance
- Periodically check that all screws and connections are secure. Retighten if necessary.
- Clean the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure that the TV's weight has not shifted or that the wall structure has not been compromised over time.
8. Troubleshooting
- TV is not level: Use the horizontal leveling screws on the TV brackets to make fine adjustments. Ensure the wall plate was installed level initially.
- Difficulty adjusting tilt: Loosen the tilt adjustment knobs slightly before attempting to tilt the TV. Retighten once the desired angle is achieved.
- Mount feels unstable: Immediately remove the TV from the mount. Recheck all installation steps, especially ensuring the wall plate is securely fastened to studs or concrete with appropriate anchors. Verify the TV's weight does not exceed the mount's capacity.
