5. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to properly set up your YESWELDER QB01 Gas Regulator Flow Meter:

  2. Connect to Gas Cylinder:

6. Operating Instructions

  1. Open Cylinder Valve: Slowly open the main valve on the gas cylinder. The pressure gauge on the regulator will indicate the cylinder's internal pressure (0-4000 PSI).

  2. Adjust Flow Rate: Turn the adjustment knob on the side of the flow meter to set the desired gas flow rate. Observe the floating ball inside the square flow tube. The top of the ball indicates the flow rate in CFH (Cubic Feet per Hour). Adjust slowly until the desired flow is achieved.
  3. Begin Welding: With the gas flow set, you can now proceed with your welding operation according to your welding machine's instructions.
  4. Shut Down: When finished welding, first close the main valve on the gas cylinder. Allow the gas in the lines to bleed out until the pressure gauge reads zero and the flow ball drops. Then, close the adjustment knob on the regulator.
