4. Setup and Installation

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
The INNOVV K5 is designed for automatic operation. Once properly wired to your motorcycle's ignition, the dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when the motorcycle is started, and power off when the ignition is turned off.
5.2 Recording Modes
- Loop Recording: The system continuously records video in short segments (e.g., 1, 3, or 5 minutes). When the memory card is full, the oldest unprotected files are overwritten.
- Emergency Lock (G-Sensor): In the event of a sudden impact or collision, the built-in G-Sensor will automatically detect the event and lock the current video segment, preventing it from being overwritten.
- 24-Hour Parking Mode: When the motorcycle is parked, the K5 will monitor for external forces or impacts. If detected, it will automatically record a 30-second protected video, providing surveillance even when the vehicle is off.
5.3 Using the Remote Control
The remote control provides convenient access to key functions:
- Save Video: Press the main button to manually save the current recording segment, protecting it from loop recording overwrite.
