Product Components
The FOHERE Centrifugal Juicer Machine GS-373 consists of several key parts designed for efficient juicing and easy cleaning.
- Food Pusher: Used to guide fruits and vegetables into the feed chute.
- Feed Chute: Wide opening for inserting produce.
- Transparent Lid: Covers the juicing mechanism.
- Stainless Steel Filter Basket: Separates juice from pulp.
- Juicer Base with Motor: Contains the motor and control dial.
- Pulp Container: Collects discarded pulp.
- Juice Jug: Collects extracted juice.
- Safety Locking Bar: Secures the lid and ensures safe operation.
- Anti-Drip Spout: Prevents juice from dripping after extraction.

Setup and Assembly
Before using your FOHERE juicer for the first time, ensure all packaging materials are removed and clean all removable parts.
- Place the motor base on a stable, dry, and flat surface.
- Align the juice collector (the clear plastic part with the spout) onto the motor base. Ensure it clicks into place.
- Insert the stainless steel filter basket firmly into the juice collector.
- Place the transparent lid onto the juice collector, ensuring the feed chute aligns with the filter basket.
- Secure the safety locking bar by lifting it and hooking it over the lid. The juicer will not operate unless this bar is locked.
- Insert the food pusher into the feed chute.
- Position the pulp container under the pulp outlet and the juice jug under the anti-drip spout.

Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to effectively use your FOHERE Centrifugal Juicer:
- Prepare your fruits and vegetables: Wash all produce thoroughly. For most items, peeling is not necessary due to the powerful motor and wide feed chute. Remove large seeds or pits (e.g., from peaches, plums) to prevent damage to the blade.
- Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and locked.
- Plug the juicer into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Select the appropriate speed setting:
- Speed I (Low Speed, 12000-18000 rpm): Ideal for soft fruits and vegetables such as watermelon, pears, grapes, blueberries, and kiwi.
- Speed II (High Speed): Best for hard fruits and vegetables like carrots, apples, cucumbers, and celery.
- Turn the control dial to the desired speed setting (I or II).
- Gradually feed the prepared produce into the feed chute. Use the food pusher to gently guide the items down. Do not force produce into the chute, as this can strain the motor.
- Observe the juice flowing into the juice jug and pulp collecting in the pulp container.
- Once juicing is complete, turn the control dial to the "0" (Off) position and unplug the appliance.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning and proper maintenance will extend the life of your FOHERE juicer and ensure optimal performance.
- Disassembly: Before cleaning, ensure the juicer is unplugged. Release the safety locking bar, remove the food pusher, lid, filter basket, and juice collector from the motor base. Empty the pulp container and juice jug.
- Washing: All removable parts (lid, food pusher, filter basket, juice collector, pulp container, juice jug) are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them by hand in warm, soapy water using the provided cleaning brush for the filter basket.
- Filter Basket: The stainless steel filter basket requires special attention. Use the cleaning brush to remove any pulp residue from the mesh. Rinse thoroughly under running water.
- Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
- Drying and Storage: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the juicer. Store the juicer in a dry place.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your FOHERE Centrifugal Juicer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Juicer does not turn on | Not properly assembled or safety lock not engaged | Ensure the safety locking bar is securely in place. Check that all parts are correctly assembled. |
| Motor stops during operation | Overloaded or overheating | Turn off the juicer, unplug it, and remove any blockage. Allow the motor to cool down for at least 15-20 minutes before restarting. Reduce the amount of produce fed at one time. |
| Excessive vibration or noise | Unbalanced filter basket or improper assembly | Turn off and unplug the juicer. Reassemble the filter basket, ensuring it is seated correctly. Check that all components are securely in place. |
| Low juice yield or wet pulp | Incorrect speed setting or dull blade | Use the appropriate speed setting for the type of produce. Ensure the filter basket is clean and free of clogs. If the blade is dull after extended use, consider replacement. |
| Juice leaks from the side | Lid not properly secured | Ensure the transparent lid is correctly positioned and the safety locking bar is fully engaged. |
