3. Phone Overview

4. Setup
4.1 Installing the SIM Card and Battery
- Remove the back cover of the phone by gently prying it open from the notch.
- If a battery is already installed, remove it.
- Insert your 4G SIM card(s) into the designated SIM card slot(s). The phone supports dual SIM cards. Ensure the gold contacts face downwards and the cut corner aligns with the slot.
- If using a Micro SD card (up to 16GB, not included), insert it into the Micro SD slot.
- Insert the battery, ensuring the gold contacts align with the phone's terminals.
- Replace the back cover until it clicks securely into place.
4.2 Charging the Phone
Before first use, fully charge the phone's battery.

- Using the Charging Dock: Connect the charger cable to the charging dock, then place the phone into the dock. Ensure the phone is seated correctly and the charging indicator appears on the screen.
- Direct USB-C Charging: Alternatively, connect the USB-C charger cable directly to the USB-C port on the side of the phone.
A full charge typically takes a few hours. The battery indicator on the screen will show the charging status.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the End Call/Power Key (red button) until the screen lights up.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the End Call/Power Key until the power off options appear, then select 'Power Off' using the navigation keys and OK button.
5.2 Making and Receiving Calls
- To Make a Call: Dial the number using the numeric keypad and press the Call Key (green button).
- To Answer a Call: When the phone rings, press the Call Key.
- To End a Call: Press the End Call Key.
5.3 Sending and Receiving SMS/MMS
- Navigate to the 'Messages' menu.
- Select 'New Message' to compose an SMS or MMS.
- Enter the recipient's number or select from contacts.
- Type your message using the keypad.
- Press 'Send'.
5.4 Contacts
The phone can store up to 500 contacts.
- Adding a Contact: Go to 'Contacts' in the menu, select 'Add New Contact', enter the name and number, then save.
- Speed Dial: Keys 2-9 can be assigned as speed dial numbers. To set up, go to 'Settings' > 'Speed Dial', select a key (2-9), and assign a contact. To use, long-press the assigned numeric key.

- Setting Up SOS Contacts: Go to 'Settings' > 'SOS Settings'. Add up to five emergency contact numbers and customize the emergency SMS message.
- Using the SOS Function: In an emergency, press and hold the SOS Button on the back of the phone for 3 seconds. The phone will automatically send the emergency SMS to all SOS contacts and then sequentially dial them until one answers.
