4. Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically requires two people. Follow the steps in order. Do not overtighten screws to avoid damaging the engineered wood components.
- Prepare the Base Frame: Attach the casters to the bottom panel of the cart. Ensure the locking casters are positioned at the front for easy access.
- Assemble Side Panels: Connect the side panels to the bottom panel using the provided hardware. Ensure the grooves for the back panel are correctly oriented.
- Install Shelves: Insert the two open shelf panels into the designated slots on the side panels. Secure them with the appropriate fasteners.
- Attach Back Panel: Slide the back panel into the grooves of the side and bottom panels. Secure it in place.
- Assemble Drawers: For each of the three drawers, connect the drawer sides and back to the drawer front. Slide the drawer bottom into the grooves. Secure the drawer components.
- Install Drawer Slides: Attach the drawer slides to the assembled drawers and the corresponding interior panels of the cart. Ensure they are level and aligned for smooth operation.
- Insert Drawers: Carefully slide the assembled drawers onto their respective slides within the cart frame.
- Place Removable Tray: Position the removable tray in its designated slot above the open shelves.
- Attach Countertop: Place the bamboo countertop on top of the assembled frame. Secure it using the provided hardware, ensuring it is centered and flush.

5. Operating Instructions
- Using the Locking Wheels: The cart is equipped with four casters, two of which have locking mechanisms. To move the cart, ensure the wheel locks are disengaged. To secure the cart in place, press down on the locking levers on the casters until they click into position.
- Accessing Drawers: The three pull-out drawers are designed for storing various kitchenware, utensils, or other items. Use the ergonomic handle cutouts to smoothly open and close the drawers.
- Utilizing Open Shelves: The two open shelves provide easy access storage for frequently used items, spices, or small appliances.
- Removable Tray: The top-left compartment features a removable tray with a round grip hole. This tray can be used for serving or for organizing smaller items, and can be lifted out to access the space below for taller items.
- Countertop Use: The bamboo countertop serves as an additional workspace for meal preparation or as a surface for small kitchen appliances.

6. Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: Wipe the cart surfaces with a dry cloth. For stubborn stains, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap can be used, followed immediately by drying with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
