3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Tablet
Before first use, fully charge your tablet. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the tablet's charging port and the other end to a compatible power adapter. The charging indicator will show the charging status.
3.2 Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the TECLAST logo appears.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button, then select 'Power off' from the options on the screen.
- To Restart: Press and hold the Power button, then select 'Restart' from the options on the screen.
3.3 SIM Card and Micro SD Card Installation
The TECLAST M50 supports Dual SIM 4G LTE and Micro SD card expansion.
- Locate the SIM/Micro SD card tray on the side of the tablet.
- Insert the SIM ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray to open it.
- Carefully place your Nano-SIM cards and/or Micro SD card into the designated slots on the tray, ensuring correct orientation.
- Gently push the tray back into the tablet until it clicks into place.
3.4 Initial Configuration
Upon first power-on, follow the on-screen prompts to set up your Android 14 device. This includes selecting your language, connecting to Wi-Fi, signing in with your Google account, and setting up security features like Face Unlock.
