1. Introduction

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your Kumi Smart Watch. Designed for both Android and iPhone users, this smartwatch offers advanced features including call functionality, health monitoring, and various sports modes to support an active lifestyle.

Upon unboxing your Kumi Smart Watch, please ensure all the following items are present:

3. Setup

3.1. App Download and Installation

To fully utilize your Kumi Smart Watch, you need to download and install the "KUMIWear" application on your smartphone. The app is available for both Android and iOS devices.

Search for "KUMIWear" in your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS) and follow the on-screen instructions to install it.

3.2. Initial Connection and Pairing

After installing the KUMIWear app, open it and create an account or sign in. Follow the in-app prompts to add your new device. You will typically need to scan a QR code displayed on the watch screen or search for the device via Bluetooth.

1. Ensure your Kumi Smart Watch is powered on and sufficiently charged.
2. Open the KUMIWear app on your smartphone.
3. Navigate to the "Device" section and select "Add Device" or "Bind Bracelet".
4. On your Kumi Smart Watch, swipe down from the home screen to access quick settings, then tap the settings icon (gear). Look for the "Scan to bind" option or a QR code icon.
5. Use your phone's camera through the app to scan the QR code displayed on the watch.
6. Confirm the pairing request on both your watch and your phone.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Watch Navigation and Interface

The Kumi Smart Watch features a 1.43" AMOLED full-screen touch display and a rotatable crown for intuitive navigation.

• Swipe Down: Access quick settings (brightness, battery, settings, flashlight, call settings, find phone, system info).
• Swipe Left: View main functions like Telephone, Contact Person, Call Records, Voice Assistant, Data, Workout, Workout Records, Heart Rate, Sleep, Blood Pressure, Blood Oxygen, Messages, Weather, Female Health, Music, Breath Training, Stopwatch, Timer, Alarm Clock, Collection Code, Business Card, Calendar, Camera, Compass, and Settings.
• Swipe Right: Access daily exercise records, heart rate recording, sleep monitoring records, weather info, and music playback control.
• Swipe Up: View SMS & App Reminders.
• Rotatable Crown: Turn to switch watch faces or scroll through menus.

4.2. Call Functions and Smart Notifications

The Kumi Smart Watch allows you to make and answer calls directly from your wrist and receive notifications from your smartphone.

• Making/Answering Calls: Ensure your watch is connected to your phone via Bluetooth. Find the calling option on your watch, turn on "Call audio" if prompted, and you can dial numbers or answer incoming calls.
• Message Reminders: In the KUMIWear app, go to the "Device" page and select "Push Notifications". Enable the reminders for calls, SMS, email, and various social media apps (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to receive them on your watch.

4.3. Health Monitoring

The watch provides automatic monitoring of various health metrics. You can view real-time data on your watch and more detailed data in the KUMIWear app.

• Heart Rate Monitoring: Find the heart rate option on your watch and tap to start measurement.
• Blood Oxygen Monitoring: Access the blood oxygen feature on your watch to measure your SpO2 levels.
• Sleep Monitoring: The watch tracks your sleep status and analyzes sleep quality. Data can be viewed in the app.
• Blood Pressure Monitoring: Use the blood pressure function on the watch for readings.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Charging Your Smart Watch

To charge your Kumi Smart Watch, use the provided magnetic charging cable. Align the magnetic pins of the cable with the charging points on the back of the watch. The watch screen will indicate charging status.

A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours and provides 5-7 days of normal use (actual usage may vary).

5.2. Waterproof Rating

The Kumi Smart Watch has an IP68 waterproof rating, meaning it is resistant to dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes. You can wear it while washing hands or sweating during workouts. However, it is not recommended for hot showers, saunas, or diving.
