Safety Information

- This helmet is DOT approved and meets Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 218 (FMVSS 218).

Sizing Guide
To ensure a proper and safe fit, measure your head circumference at its largest point, approximately 1 inch above your eyebrows. Refer to the size chart below. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the larger size.

Setup and Installation
Visor Installation/Removal
The outer clear shield and inner smoked sun shield are designed for easy removal and installation. Consult the video below for a visual guide on how to replace the anti-fog pinlock ready shield.

Spoiler Attachment
The helmet includes a detachable spoiler. To attach, align the spoiler with the designated slots at the rear of the helmet and press firmly until it clicks into place. To remove, gently pull the spoiler away from the helmet.

Removable Padding
The interior padding is removable for cleaning or replacement. Gently detach the padding from the helmet interior by unsnapping or unhooking the fasteners. Reinstall by aligning and securing all fasteners.

Operating Instructions
Modular Flip-up Mechanism
To raise the chin bar and outer visor, locate the release button or lever, typically at the front center of the chin bar. Press the button and lift the chin bar upwards until it locks into the open position. To close, press the release button again and lower the chin bar until it securely latches.

Dual Visor Operation
The helmet features two visors: an outer clear shield and an inner smoked sun shield. The outer clear shield can be raised or lowered manually. The inner smoked sun shield is operated by a control switch, usually located on the side of the helmet, allowing it to be deployed or retracted as needed for sun protection.
Ventilation System
The HJA119 helmet is equipped with adjustable ventilation. Locate the mouth vent switch on the chin bar and the top vent switch on the crown of the helmet. Adjust these switches to open or close the vents, controlling airflow. Rear vents are designed to allow hot air to escape.

Quick Release Buckle
To fasten the helmet, insert the male end of the strap into the female buckle until it clicks. To release, press the red button or pull the lever on the buckle. Ensure the strap is adjusted for a snug fit under your chin.
Optional Bluetooth System
Some HJA119 models may include an integrated Bluetooth communication system. Refer to the separate Bluetooth manual for pairing and operation instructions. This feature is model-dependent.

Maintenance
Helmet Cleaning
