2. Important Safety Instructions
To reduce the risk of injury or electric shock, always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances. Read all instructions carefully.
- Electrical Safety: Ensure the voltage matches your power supply. Do not immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids. Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
- Personal Safety: Keep hands and utensils away from moving parts during operation. Never feed food by hand. Always use the food pusher provided. Avoid contact with the cutting blade and grinding plates when handling.
- Food Preparation: Ensure meat is free of bones, large pieces of gristle, or tough tendons to prevent damage to the motor or auger. Cut meat into small pieces (approximately 1-inch cubes) before grinding.
- Overheat Protection: The appliance has an overheat protection function. If the motor overheats, it will automatically shut off. Allow it to cool down for at least 10 minutes before resuming operation. To prolong motor life, avoid continuous operation for more than 10 minutes.
- Children and Pets: This appliance is not intended for use by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children and pets.
- Maintenance: Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. Contact customer support for assistance.

4. Assembly and Setup
Follow these steps to assemble your meat grinder before use.
4.1 Attaching the Grinding Head
- Insert the screw shaft (auger) into the grinding head.
- Place the cutting blade onto the end of the screw shaft, ensuring the sharp edges face outwards.
- Select your desired grinding plate (fine, medium, or fan-shaped) and place it over the cutting blade.
- Secure the grinding plate with the locking ring, turning clockwise until tight.
- Align the assembled grinding head with the motor unit's output, ensuring the locking tab on the grinding head fits into the slot on the motor unit.
- Rotate the locking handle on the side of the motor unit clockwise to secure the grinding head in place.
- Place the food tray on top of the grinding head.

4.2 Attaching Sausage or Kubbe Attachments
To use the sausage stuffer or kubbe attachments, first assemble the grinding head without the cutting blade and grinding plate. Instead, attach the appropriate accessory directly to the screw shaft and secure with the locking ring.

5. Operation
Ensure the appliance is properly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet before operation.
5.1 Grinding Meat
- Prepare meat by cutting it into small, boneless pieces (approx. 1-inch cubes).
- Place the prepared meat onto the food tray.
- Turn the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position to start the motor.
- Gently feed the meat into the feeding tube using the food pusher. Never use your fingers or other utensils.
- If food gets stuck, press and hold the 'REV' switch to reverse the motor direction and clear the blockage. Release the 'REV' switch and then switch back to 'ON' to continue grinding.
- After grinding, turn the switch to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance.

5.2 Sausage Making
- Assemble the sausage stuffer attachment as described in Section 4.2.
- Prepare your seasoned ground meat mixture.
- Slide the casing onto the sausage stuffer tube, leaving a small overhang at the end.
- Turn the appliance 'ON' and feed the meat mixture into the feeding tube.
- Guide the casing as it fills, ensuring even distribution and avoiding air pockets. Twist the sausage at desired intervals to create links.
- When finished, turn the appliance 'OFF' and unplug.

5.3 Kubbe Making
- Assemble the kubbe attachment as described in Section 4.2.
- Prepare your kubbe dough mixture.
- Turn the appliance 'ON' and feed the mixture into the feeding tube.
- The kubbe attachment will form hollow tubes. Cut them to your desired length and shape them as needed.
- When finished, turn the appliance 'OFF' and unplug.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your appliance.
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Disassemble all removable parts: food tray, grinding head, screw shaft, cutting blade, grinding plates, sausage tubes, and kubbe attachments.
- Dishwasher Safe Parts: The cutting blade, grinding plates, sausage tubes, and kubbe attachments are dishwasher safe.
- Hand Wash Only Parts: The food tray, grinding head, and screw shaft should be hand-washed with warm, soapy water. Do not wash these parts in a dishwasher, as it may cause discoloration or damage (e.g., black soot as reported by users).
- Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water.
- After cleaning, ensure all parts are thoroughly dried. For stainless steel grinding plates and blades, it is recommended to wipe them dry and apply a thin layer of cooking oil to prevent rust.
- Store the appliance and its accessories in a dry place. The power cord can be stored in the compartment at the bottom of the unit for convenience.

7. Troubleshooting
