Setup
Before using your FOREO Bear 2 device for the first time, it is essential to unlock and register it via the FOREO For You mobile application. This ensures full functionality and access to personalized routines.
- Download the FOREO For You app on your mobile phone.
- Log in to your account or sign up for a new one.
- Add your device (usually found at the top of your screen within the app).
- Choose your device series.
- Press and hold the Power button on your device to connect it to the mobile app.
- Fill in the purchase information as prompted.
Your device is now ready for use!
For optimal performance, ensure your device is fully charged before first use. Connect the USB charging cable to the device and a power source. A full charge typically takes up to 2 hours.

Operating Instructions
The FOREO Bear 2 is designed for daily use to achieve and maintain optimal skin tone and contour. Always ensure your skin is clean and dry before beginning your treatment.
1. Apply Conductive Serum
For safe and effective microcurrent transfer, it is crucial to apply a thin, even layer of a conductive serum to your face and neck before using the device. FOREO recommends using their SUPERCHARGED Serum 2.0, which is specifically formulated to enhance microcurrent transfer and boost collagen production. Water-based serums are generally recommended for optimal conductivity.

2. Select Preferences and Begin Treatment
You can select your preferred microcurrent type and intensity either through the FOREO For You app or directly on the device. The device offers 4 revolutionary microcurrent types and 10 adjustable intensities.

Maintenance

- Cleaning: After each use, wash the device with soap and water, then rinse thoroughly. Pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the provided device pouch for travel or extended storage.
- Charging: Recharge the device when the indicator light signals low battery. Avoid overcharging.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your FOREO Bear 2 device, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Device not activating when pressing the center button:
- Battery is empty. Recharge using the USB charging cable for up to 2 hours until fully charged. Then restart your device by holding down the power button.
- If the device cannot be switched off and/or interface buttons do not respond: The microprocessor may be temporarily malfunctioning. Press and hold the power button to restart the device.
- Device not syncing to the FOREO app:
- Ensure your device is fully charged and that your Bluetooth is turned on.
- Switch your Bluetooth off and then on again to try reconnecting.
- Close the FOREO app and then reopen it to start the process over.
- Delete and reinstall the application – perhaps the application simply needs to be updated.
- After deleting and reinstalling the application, make sure to restart your phone.
- Delete your phone's cookies and cache memory.
- Ensure that your mobile's operating system has been updated to the latest version.
