3. Setup

3.1 Unboxing and Initial Charge

Upon opening the package, ensure all components are present:

Before first use, fully charge the device using the included USB-C charging cable and charging base. The battery indicator on the digital dial will show charging progress.

3.2 Attaching Massage Heads

To attach a massage head, gently push the desired attachment into the opening at the front of the massage gun until it is securely in place. To remove, pull the attachment straight out.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off and Speed Adjustment

To power on the device, press and hold the power button located on the digital dial. The LED display will illuminate, showing the current speed setting. Rotate the digital dial to cycle through the 6 intensity levels. To power off, press and hold the power button again.

4.2 Dual-Temperature Therapy

The specialized Hot + Cold attachment allows for dual-temperature therapy. Attach this head to the massager. Rotate the digital dial to select either the cooling (38°F) or heating (115°F) function. The device will quickly reach the desired temperature.

4.3 Application Areas

Use the massage gun on various muscle groups to alleviate soreness and promote recovery. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase as comfortable. Avoid using on bones, joints, or sensitive areas. Refer to the specific attachments for targeted use:

• Round Head: General full-body massage, large muscle groups like arms, back, hips, thighs, calves.
• Flat Head: Suitable for all parts of the body, especially for relaxation and shaping.
• Fork Head: Ideal for the spine, neck, and Achilles tendon.
• Hot + Cold Head: For targeted temperature therapy on specific sore areas.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

To clean the massage gun and its attachments, wipe them with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the device in water or use harsh detergents or soaps, as this may damage the unit.

5.2 Storage

Store the massage gun and all its accessories in the provided carrying case when not in use. This protects the device from dust and damage, and keeps all components organized for easy access and travel.
