This manual provides detailed instructions for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your new roller shades. Designed to offer effective light filtering and privacy, these shades feature a cordless control mechanism for safe and easy use. They can be easily trimmed to fit various window sizes, providing a custom look for your home.

Note: Valance is not included with this product.

Setup and Installation

These roller shades are designed for inside mount installation and can be trimmed to your desired width. No deductions are made to the blind; the actual width of the blind is the same as the width ordered.

Measuring and Trimming (Optional)

If trimming is required, carefully measure your window opening. The shade's tip-to-tip width is 55-1/4 inches, and the shade cloth width is 54 inches. Follow the specific trimming instructions provided with the product packaging for precise cuts. Use appropriate tools for cutting fabric and the roller tube.

Mounting Instructions

1. Prepare the Window Opening: Ensure the window frame is clean and free of debris. Mark the desired mounting locations for the brackets inside the window frame.
2. Install Mounting Brackets: Using the provided screws and anchors (if necessary for drywall), securely attach the mounting brackets to the inside of the window frame. Ensure the brackets are level and spaced correctly to support the roller shade.
3. Insert the Roller Shade: Carefully insert the roller shade into the installed brackets. One end of the roller shade typically has a pin that retracts, allowing it to fit into one bracket, while the other end has a fixed pin that slides into the opposite bracket. Ensure the shade is securely seated in both brackets.

Operation

Your Stylewell roller shade features a cordless operation for smooth and safe adjustment.

1. To Lower the Shade: Gently pull down on the bottom rail of the shade. The shade will unroll smoothly. Release the bottom rail at your desired position, and the shade will hold in place.
2. To Raise the Shade: Gently push up on the bottom rail of the shade. The shade will retract smoothly into the roller. Release the bottom rail at your desired position.

Maintenance

To maintain the smooth, bright look of your roller shades, follow these simple care instructions:

• Cleaning: Occasionally wipe the shade fabric with a damp cloth. For spot cleaning, use a mild soap solution and a soft cloth, then blot dry.
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the fabric or mechanism.
• Regular Inspection: Periodically check the mounting hardware and shade mechanism for any signs of wear or loosening. Tighten screws if necessary.
