Please read all instructions carefully before beginning assembly or use to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the product.

Safety Instructions

  • Always assemble the product on a clean, flat, and soft surface to prevent scratches.
  • Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before assembly. Do not use if any parts are missing or broken.
  • Tighten all screws and fasteners securely, but do not overtighten. Periodically check and retighten as necessary.
  • Keep small parts and packaging materials away from children and pets to avoid choking hazards.
  • Do not stand or sit on the cart. It is designed for storage and food preparation.
  • Distribute weight evenly across shelves and drawers to prevent tipping.
  • Lock the wheels when the cart is stationary to prevent accidental movement.

Assembly Instructions

Assembly typically requires two adults. Please follow the numbered steps carefully.

  1. Prepare the Base: Attach the five wheels to the bottom panel of the cart. Ensure the two wheels with brakes are positioned at the front for easy access.
  2. Construct the Main Frame: Connect the side panels, back panel, and internal dividers to the bottom panel using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are secure.
  3. Install Drawer Slides: Attach the drawer slides to the internal side panels and the main frame according to the pre-drilled holes.
  4. Assemble Drawers: Construct the two main drawers and the two narrow side pull-out drawers. Install the corresponding drawer slides onto each drawer.
  5. Insert Drawers: Carefully slide the assembled drawers into their respective positions on the main frame.
  6. Attach Cabinet Doors: Install the hinges onto the cabinet doors and then attach the doors to the main cabinet section. Adjust hinges for proper alignment.
  7. Install Adjustable Shelf: Place the shelf supports at the desired height within the cabinet and then position the adjustable shelf.
  8. Mount Towel Holder and Spice Rack: Attach the towel holder to one side of the cart and the spice rack to the other side, as shown in the diagrams.
  9. Secure the Countertop: Place the main countertop onto the assembled frame and secure it with the designated fasteners.
  10. Attach Foldable Countertop: Connect the foldable countertop extension to the main countertop using the hinges. Ensure the support mechanism for the foldable section is correctly installed.
  11. Final Checks: Verify that all components are securely fastened and that all moving parts (drawers, doors, wheels, foldable top) operate smoothly.

Operating Instructions

Foldable Countertop

The kitchen cart features a foldable countertop extension to provide additional workspace when needed. To extend, lift the foldable section and pull out the support bracket underneath until it locks into place. To retract, release the support bracket and gently lower the countertop section.

Drawers and Cabinet

The cart includes two main drawers for cutlery and utensils, and a spacious cabinet with an adjustable shelf. The shelf can be adjusted to three different heights (24 cm, 30.5 cm, 36.8 cm) to accommodate various items. Simply remove the shelf and reposition the supports to the desired level.

Side Pull-outs (Spice Rack & Utensil Holder)

Two narrow pull-out units are located on the sides of the cart. One is designed as a spice rack for bottles and jars, while the other features hooks for hanging utensils, pans, or cutting boards.

Towel Holder

A convenient towel holder is integrated on one side of the cart, allowing easy access to kitchen towels or cloths.

Mobility and Stability

The cart is equipped with five 360° rotating wheels for easy movement. Two of these wheels have brakes. To lock the cart in place, press down on the brake levers on the braked wheels. To unlock, lift the levers. A central wheel provides additional stability during movement.

Maintenance and Care

  • Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that may damage the finish. For the wooden countertop, use a mild wood cleaner if necessary and dry immediately.
  • Spills: Clean up spills immediately to prevent staining, especially on the wooden countertop.
  • Hardware: Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Retighten as needed to maintain stability.
  • Wheels: Keep wheels free of debris to ensure smooth movement. Lubricate wheel axles if they become stiff.
  • Avoid Extreme Conditions: Do not expose the cart to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as this can cause warping or discoloration.
