4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the machine from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Report any damage to the carrier immediately.

  2. Print onto DTF Film: Print your design onto the DTF film using a compatible DTF printer. Ensure the print is wet when it enters the shaker unit.
  3. Automatic Powder Shaking: As the wet printed film enters the shaker unit, the automatic powder dispenser will apply an even layer of adhesive powder. The paddle system will then remove excess powder.
  4. Baking/Curing: The film with the applied powder will then pass through the infrared drying and heating tunnel. The heat will melt and cure the adhesive powder onto the ink.
