1. Prepare the Helmet: Remove the inner padding of your helmet to access the ear pockets.
2. Speaker Placement: Identify the optimal position for the speakers inside the helmet's ear pockets. Ensure they are aligned with your ears for clear audio.
3. Attach Velcro for Speakers: Peel off the backing from the round velcro pieces and firmly attach them to the helmet's inner surface where the speakers will sit.
4. Attach Speakers: Press the speakers firmly onto the velcro.
5. Microphone Placement: For full-face helmets, use the soft microphone and attach it to the inside of the chin bar. For open-face or modular helmets, use the hard boom microphone and position it near your mouth.
6. Attach Microphone Velcro: Peel off the backing from the microphone fixing velcro and attach it to the helmet's inner surface at the chosen microphone position.
7. Attach Microphone: Press the microphone firmly onto the velcro.
8. Mounting the Base:
   • Using the Metal Clip: Loosen the screws on the metal clip using the provided screwdriver. Slide the clip onto the bottom edge of your helmet, ensuring it is secure. Tighten the screws.
   • Using the 3M Adhesive Mat: Peel off the backing from the 3M adhesive mat and firmly attach the base plate to a flat surface on the side of your helmet.
9. Attach T5Plus Main Unit: Slide the T5Plus main unit onto the installed base plate until it clicks securely into place.

4.3 Phone Calls

• Answer Call: Short press the multi-function button.
• End Call: Short press the multi-function button again.
• Reject Call: Long press the multi-function button for 2 seconds.
• Redial Last Number: Short press the multi-function button twice.
• Auto-Answer Function: To enable/disable auto-answer, long press the Volume Down and Volume Up buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds. Voice prompts will confirm the change.

4.4 Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Short press the multi-function button.
• Volume Up: Rotate the control knob clockwise.
• Volume Down: Rotate the control knob counter-clockwise.
• Next Song: Short press the "next song" button.

4.5 Intercom Pairing (Device to Device)

To pair two T5Plus units for intercom communication:

1. Ensure both devices are in standby mode.
2. On one device, long press the multi-function button for 4 seconds. The red and blue lights will flash alternately and fast, with a voice prompt saying "Pairing". This device is now in passive pairing state.
3. On the second device, long press the intercom button for 4 seconds. The red and blue lights will flash alternately and slowly, indicating active pairing state.
4. The devices will automatically connect.

4.6 FM Radio

• Turn On FM: Press and hold the intercom button and the previous button simultaneously for 2 seconds.
• Volume Up: Rotate the control knob clockwise.
• Volume Down: Rotate the control knob counter-clockwise.
• Next Channel: Short press the "next song" button.
• Previous Channel: Short press the "previous song" button.
• Turn Off FM: Press and hold the intercom button and the previous button simultaneously for 2 seconds.

3. The device will then reboot, and all pairing records will be cleared.
