Maintenance
3-Stage UltraWash Filter
The 3-stage UltraWash Filter captures particles as small as fine sand, preventing them from redepositing on dishes. For optimal performance, the filter should be removed and cleaned monthly. Refer to the detailed instructions in the full product manual for filter removal and cleaning procedures.
General Cleaning
The dishwasher features a fingerprint-resistant stainless steel exterior, making it easy to maintain its appearance. Wipe down the exterior with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent as needed. For the interior, periodically clean with a dishwasher cleaner or a mixture of vinegar and baking soda to remove mineral deposits and odors.

Detergent and Rinse Aid
Always use automatic dishwasher detergent, not liquid dish soap. Fill the main wash dispenser according to the detergent manufacturer's recommendations. Ensure the rinse aid dispenser is filled to improve drying performance and prevent water spots.
Troubleshooting
If your dishwasher is not operating as expected, check the following common issues before contacting service:
- Dishwasher not starting: Ensure the door is fully closed and latched, and the 'Start' button has been pressed. Check if the circuit breaker has tripped.
- Dishes not clean: Verify proper loading, ensure spray arms are not blocked, check detergent levels, and clean the UltraWash filter.
- Dishes not drying: Ensure the rinse aid dispenser is full and the Extra Dry option is selected if desired.
- Unusual noises: Check for foreign objects in the pump area or spray arms.
- Leak detection: The built-in leak detection system will automatically drain the tub and alert you if a problem is detected. If this occurs, contact customer support.
