3. Operating Instructions
How to Dispense Water
To dispense water, select the desired volume (0.4L, 0.8L, or 1.2L) using the corresponding buttons on the control panel. You can press the TDS button to view the corresponding TDS value while dispensing water.
Note: Flow meter malfunction or activation of the water volume memory mode (please do not long-press the water volume button when the machine is in normal operation) may cause abnormal water output, such as reduced or no water flow. In such cases, adjusting the water volume can be attempted first.
How to Adjust Water Dispensing Volume Accurately
To calibrate the water dispensing volume:
- Press and hold the 1.2L button for 10 seconds within 5 seconds of plugging in the power to activate the water volume calibration mode.
- When the dispensed volume reaches 1.2L, briefly press the button again to complete the water volume adjustment.
4. Maintenance
4.1 Filter Replacement
To replace the filter cartridges:
- Remove the filter cartridges house cover and the water tank.
- Carefully remove the old CF (Composite Filter) and RO (Reverse Osmosis) filter cartridges.
- Insert the new CF filter cartridge into its designated slot, ensuring it is properly seated.
- Insert the new RO filter cartridge into its designated slot, ensuring it is properly seated.
- Replace the filter cartridges house cover and the water tank.

Resetting the Filter Life Indicator
After replacing the filter cartridges, you must reset the filter life indicator:
- Long-press the "Reset/Flush" button for 3 seconds to start the reset mode.
- Short-press it to select the indicator (CF or RO) to be reset.
- Then, long-press it again for 3 seconds to confirm.
After a reset, the machine will self-flush for 2 minutes. Please wait 2 minutes. Promptly discard wastewater to avoid repeated filtration, which could affect equipment performance. Refill the tank with fresh tap water and flush with 1-3 tanks of fresh tap water to complete initialization.
4.2 Descaling
Descaling is required for daily maintenance. The frequency depends on your tap water quality:
- Good tap water quality (TDS<150ppm): every 6 months.
- Fair tap water quality (150<TDS<250ppm): every 2 months.
- Poor tap water quality (250<TDS<450ppm): every month.
- Unacceptable tap water quality (TDS>450ppm): every 2 weeks.
To descale your water purifier:
- Prepare a descaling solution: 3-4 tablespoons of citric acid in 2 L of water.
- Pour the descaling solution into the water tank and place the tank back into the system.
- The machine will self-flush twice.
- Let the solution sit in the system for two hours.
- Discard the descaling solution and flush the system with 1-3 tanks of fresh tap water.

5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Error Code E01 (Water Shortage Alarm)
When a missing water tank or incorrect installation is detected, the display shows an error code "E01", the water shortage alarm indicator turns red, and a continuous alert sounds. The system will then automatically stop both water production and the rinsing process.
Solution: If the water tank is present and filled, please reinstall it to ensure proper seating. If the tank is missing, please locate it, fill it with fresh tap water, and reinstall it correctly. Make sure the tank is properly aligned and installed.
Video: This video demonstrates troubleshooting steps for the water shortage warning light (E01 error).
5.2 Error Code E02 (Low Flow Rate)
When the machine detects that the flow rate has remained below 65 mL/min for 25 cumulative seconds during dispensing, error "E02" is displayed, and the machine will be unable to produce water or perform rinsing.
Solution:
- Check if filter cartridges are damaged or loose. Ensure proper reinstallation.
- Check the water tank for cracks or damage, and press the water valve to ensure no foreign objects are obstructing it.
- If the issue persists, clogging may be the cause. Please refer to the descaling tutorial for cleaning instructions.
