4. Setup & Installation

The Veken shower head combo is designed for easy, tool-free installation. Follow these steps for a quick setup:

1. Prepare Shower Arm: Remove your existing shower head. Clean any old sealant or debris from the shower arm threads.
2. Apply Teflon Tape: Wrap the provided Teflon tape clockwise around the threads of your existing shower arm 3-5 times. This helps prevent leaks.
3. Install Integrated Tri-Arm Extension: Screw the integrated tri-arm extension onto your shower arm. Hand-tighten firmly. Ensure the diverter knob is facing a convenient direction.
4. Connect Main Shower Head: Screw the large rain shower head onto the top outlet of the tri-arm extension. Hand-tighten.
5. Connect Handheld Hose: Attach one end of the 71-inch hose to the side outlet of the tri-arm extension. Attach the other end of the hose to the handheld shower head. Hand-tighten both connections.
6. Mount Handheld Holder: Secure the adhesive wall mount for the handheld shower head to a clean, dry, flat shower wall surface at a comfortable height. Allow adhesive to set for 24 hours before use.
7. Test for Leaks: Turn on the water and check all connections for leaks. If leaks occur, tighten connections slightly or reapply Teflon tape.

5. Operating Instructions

Your Veken shower head combo offers multiple ways to enjoy your shower:

• Switching Between Shower Heads: Use the diverter knob on the integrated tri-arm extension to select your desired water flow:
  • Knob to the TOP: Rainfall only.
  • Knob to the LEFT: Rainfall + Handheld (both active).
  • Knob to the BOTTOM: Handheld only.
• Adjusting Rainfall Modes: The main rain shower head can be rotated 90 degrees to switch between different rainfall patterns (e.g., Rain, Heavy Rain).
• Adjusting Handheld Modes: The handheld shower head features a selector on its face to cycle through its 5 spray modes (Rain, Mist, Massage, Rain + Mist, Rain + Massage).
• Adjusting Height and Angle: The extension arm allows you to adjust the height of the main shower head. The angle of both the main shower head and the handheld mount can also be adjusted for optimal spray direction.
