5. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Expand the Washer: Place the folded washing machine on a flat, stable surface. Gently pull up the top rim to expand the silicone body until it locks into its full height.
3. Positioning: Place the washing machine near a water source and a drain. Ensure there is enough space for the drain hose.
4. Connect Drain Hose: Attach one end of the drain hose to the outlet port on the machine. Position the other end of the drain hose into a sink or bucket for drainage.
5. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the machine's power input port, then plug the adapter into a suitable electrical outlet.

6. Operating Instructions

1. Add Laundry: Open the lid and place a small load of clothes (up to 6.5L capacity) into the washing machine. Do not overload.
2. Add Detergent: Pour an appropriate amount of liquid detergent directly into the washer with the clothes.
3. Fill with Water:
   • Manual Fill: Pour water directly into the tub until the clothes are submerged and the water level is appropriate.
   • Hose Fill: Connect a water pipe to the upper water injection port (refer to Figure 4.4) and fill the tub.
4. Select Wash Cycle: The control panel typically features buttons for different wash durations (e.g., 10 minutes, 5 minutes, 1 minute). Press the desired button to start the wash cycle. The machine will automatically agitate the clothes.
5. Spin-Dry Function: After the wash cycle, drain the water. Place the spin-dry basket inside the tub, arrange the clothes evenly within it, and close the lid. Select a short cycle (e.g., 1 or 5 minutes) for spin-drying.
6. Drain Water: Once washing or spin-drying is complete, ensure the drain hose is positioned to allow water to flow out into a sink or bucket. The machine will drain automatically or can be manually tilted slightly if needed to assist drainage.
7. Power Off: After use, press the power button to turn off the machine and unplug it from the wall outlet.

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning the Tub: After each use, rinse the inside of the tub with clean water. Wipe down the interior and exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
• Drying: Ensure the machine is thoroughly dry before folding and storing to prevent mold or mildew. Leave the lid open for a while to air dry.
