1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the ToLife N2 1500W PTC Electric Space Heater. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your new appliance. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference.

2. Important Safety Instructions

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, observe the following:

  • Read all instructions before using this heater.
  • Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
  • Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
  • Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
  • Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
  • Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
  • This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas, and similar indoor locations. Never locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
  • Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
  • To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
  • A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable vapors or liquids are used or stored.
  • Always unplug heater when not in use.
  • Do not cover the heater.

  • Tip-Over Protection: The heater is equipped with a safety switch that automatically turns off the unit if it is accidentally tipped over.
  • Overheat Protection: The heater will automatically shut off if it overheats due to blockage or malfunction.

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain packaging for storage or shipping.
  2. Placement: Place the heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure there are no obstructions within 3 feet (0.9 m) of the front, sides, and rear of the heater. Do not place on soft surfaces like rugs or carpets that may block air vents.
  3. Power Connection: Plug the heater directly into a 120V AC, 60Hz electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.

5. Operating Instructions

Your ToLife N2 heater can be operated using the touch controls on the top panel or the included remote control.

5.1 Control Panel & Remote Functions

  • Power Button (): Turns the heater ON or OFF.
  • Mode Button (M): Cycles through heating modes: High (1500W), Low (950W), ECO, and Fan Only.
  • Temperature Adjustment (+/-): Increases or decreases the target temperature in ECO mode.
  • Oscillation Button (): Activates or deactivates the 60° oscillation function.
  • Timer Button (🕐): Sets the auto-off timer from 1 to 12 hours.
  • Child Lock (Remote Only): Press and hold the lock button on the remote to activate/deactivate. When active, the control panel buttons are disabled.

5.2 Initial Use

  1. Plug the heater into a suitable power outlet. The display will show the current room temperature.
  2. Press the Power button () to turn the heater ON. The heater will start in its default mode.
  3. Use the Mode button (M) to select your desired heating mode (High, Low, ECO, Fan Only).
  4. If using ECO mode, adjust the target temperature using the +/- buttons. The heater will maintain this temperature.
  5. Activate oscillation if desired by pressing the Oscillation button ().
  6. To set a timer, press the Timer button (🕐) repeatedly until the desired number of hours (1-12) is displayed. The heater will automatically turn off after the set time.

5.3 Child Lock Feature

The child lock feature is accessible via the remote control. Press and hold the lock icon button on the remote for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate the child lock. When activated, the control panel on the heater will not respond to touch inputs, preventing accidental changes by children or pets.
