Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your headphones. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the headphone's charging port and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port). The LED indicator will show charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.

2. Powering On/Off

  • Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue.
  • Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns red and then off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select 'KVIDIO WH304A' from the list of devices.
  5. Once connected, the LED indicator will slowly flash blue.

The headphones support Bluetooth 5.3 for stable and efficient connection.

Operating Instructions

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) & Transparency Mode

Your KVIDIO headphones feature advanced noise-cancelling technology to reduce ambient sound and a transparency mode to stay aware of your surroundings.

  • ANC On/Off: Press the ANC button once to toggle Active Noise Cancellation on or off. When ANC is active, the LED will illuminate green.
  • Transparency Mode: Press the ANC button twice quickly to activate Transparency Mode. This allows ambient sounds to pass through, enabling you to hear your surroundings without removing the headphones.

Music Playback

  • Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function button once.
  • Volume Up: Press the Volume + button.
  • Volume Down: Press the Volume - button.

Call Management

  • Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function button once.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function button for 2 seconds.
  • Redial Last Number: Double-press the Multi-function button.

Multi-Point Connection

The KVIDIO WH304A headphones support connecting to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously, allowing seamless switching between audio sources.

Wired Mode
